I took my Car to Arcadia 7 months agao they were paid by the insurance company within the 2nd month of having my car i called in every 2-3 weeks to ask for an update i kept getting the same response the owner peter is working on your car Fred told me, i sent my business partner over there to see if any work had been done the car was sitting in the sun untouched aftet 7 months and after already been paid 15k i called another company and had the car towed at my owne exspence the company quoted me 14900 proving the car was untouched and Arcadia still has a number of my parts and refuses to answer my calls or the calls of my attorney my next step will be to fly there from denver and have the police assist me in collecting my belongings and money. Ive used Peter in the past and have never had this kind of treatment and lack of customer service. Beware anyone who takes their vehicle to this company they have no sence of urgency and have the worst customer service i havent gotten one call on the update of my car and its been 7 months. I wish i never took my car to you

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! If I could give a minus rating I would! This guy is a thief! He submitted a claim to my insurance, kept my car for over 5 month, and did absolutely NOTHING to my car! Not even a screw was removed! Keep shopping around, he is the WORST body shop Ive ever dealt with. After I picked up my car, he tried to get more money from my insurance! He didnt even have the car at that point!! He will give you the run around for months!

Beware! Peter quoted me $9400, he then lied and said there was frame damage. I got the car fixed with used parts for $4695 (including the cost to tow away from Arcadia). They took a headlight and gave me a broken one from a different make of car. Could not find mine, would not reimburse me. Im taking them to small claims court for $400 for headlight issue.
