Some moron backs into my parked car and destroys the driver side door and wheel well... I head over to Precision in Tempe. Greeted immediately and setup with ZACH? Zach assessed the damage and gave me a ballpark timeline for repair. As this was my first accident he was kind enough to walk me through protocol and what to accept. Before leaving I showed my passenger side door where someone did a great job of keying my car... (not related to crash) Zach said no promises but hed have his team attempt to get it out. In 5 days I call to check the status and hear back its done. Much quicker than expected... I arrive to find the car is washed, waxed (and not your shady wash x wax but legit), and looking great. Body work was perfect and the best surprise was seeing my car without the nasty key mark on the side. They handled it for free. Zach x Precision... Couldnt be more pleased. Honestly, Thank you

Zach and his team did a fantastic job repairing my Impreza after a rear-end collision. I had referrals to other shops, but upon looking at the work these "recommended" shops had done, I decided to drop the car off at Precision. I could not be any more satisfied with the work the crew at Precision completed. My car looks like it did when I drove it off the lot. Zach was very responsive, friendly, and knowledgable throughout the entire process. My word of advice if you choose this shop: dont push them to rush the work, perfection doesnt happen over-night! These guys were great. Even though they didnt do any work for us. We had our daughters 2007 Ford Taurus towed there for repairs after being hit by a tree during the Monsoon. They took the time to work up a quote even though she didnt insurance to cover it. It was going to come out of her pocket. They were straight up honest with us that it wouldnt be worth putting the money into the car. And on top of that they were extremely patient keeping the car there until I could make arrangements to get it towed off there lot. Honesty goes a long way with me and for this I give them 5 stars and my future business.

Its sad to need to bring the same car back in for repairs. Having received excellent treatment and quality work previously, I demanded that my insurer allow me to take my vehicle there again. Since we were rear-ended by an uninsured motorist my insurance company was going to pay for my repairs and had strongly suggested I use one of their shops. The second time around the repair again was perfect showing no visible evidence of damage. The manager, Zac keeping you always in the loop. That is how a business should be run.

I rear ended someone and completely destroyed the front end of my brand new SUV. It was pretty upsetting at the time but precision auto body was so easy to work with!! Nice, caring office staff and AMAZING body work!! I couldnt believe how flawless my SUV was after they worked on it!! The office manager even stayed over an hour late for me to come and pick up my vehicle!! Highly recommended this place!! Delete review

The people at Precision auto body are very honest. Had a front bumper repair a few years when I had my other infiniti. The did a fantastic job. When the work was done the bumper looked like it was brand new and the paint job match the car and the car I had was black. Would highly recommend Precision and Zach is an awesome person. Very honesty and keeps his word.

My husband and I had some repairs done on our Infinite and Zack helped us with our claim and provided wonderful service. When we got an 18 inch scratch on it again we immediately called Zack. He took care of us on the same day and best of all he didnt charge us. I would definitely recommend having your car fix by these wonderful folks.
