Review posted 2 months ago. Left the caring owner Colin two messages and two emails still has not gotten back to me. Met with the paint manufacturer on Friday and pursuing the almost total paint failure after roughly three and a half years with my insurance company. I like the review about the broken windshield. when I got my car it wouldnt steer correctly. Luckily there was an alignment shop in the complex that Colin sent it to. Collin you have my telephone number do the right thing when the paint manufacturer confirms you used his paint lets get my car repainted. I will update the Google community on the findings of why the paint failed. Im dealing with another issue the car was sent out to a shop that replaced the soft-top and my car floods due to the top leaking and now I have mold in my car. Hello, My car was fixed by the shop after a serious accident about 3 years ago. The shop was recommended by my insurance agent. I picked up the car and the steering was totally off. Colin the owner took it to an alignment shop in the complex and I was able to drive it home. There were some problems and I had to bring my car back a couple of times. The car was repainted spot painted several times. Now three years later I practically have no paint on my car left. I was trying to get this settled through my insurance company and they contacted Colin but now Im looking on the website and theres a lifetime paint guarantee. I saw that on garage fly and lets see what the shop does about repainting my car I live in South Florida but a warranty is a warranty. Im posting pictures of my car on their website you wont believe what my car looks like 3 years later. Im going to try to work this out with the owner and lets see what they want to do about this. I promise to keep you informed about this matter and well update my review. Did you see the pictures of my car unbelievable. My car was painted at the shop after being involved in a serious accident. Colin the owner is not getting back with me. The shop was recommended by farmers. Im starting to feel completely cheated they need to honor this so-called lifetime warranty.

This place fixed my Mercedes GL450. They were prompt, efficient and so reasonable. I highly recommend them for luxury cars, and they are so conveniently located that they will drive you to shopping or a diner so you can eat; just sweet guys that apply the Platinum Rule to anyone that matters, which to them, is everyone.

DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT! Brought my car for a fender repair. Picked up the car the next day, it was returned with a broken windshield. The merchant refused accountability or to repair damages. I complained to the BBB and AZ Consumer Affairs with no response from the merchant. Do not use!

Fix Auto North Scottsdale, is above five stars. Collins ( the owner ) is honorable, honest, cares about his customers and his workmanship. If it wasnt for our mechanic Greg, we would not have found him. We hold the highest regards for both of them. We couldnt of been happier.
