Bad customer service. Received an email update on vehicle (thats a good thing...) saying would be reassembled that day, ready next day. She would call me. Three days later, I still hadnt received a call, so I called. Left voicemail twice, ignored once (left message at front desk and never got a return call). This was over a two day period. Finally the next day I got my service rep on the phone and she informed me it had been a crazy week (so apparently you dont call customers back) and informed me that a part they ordered was damaged, so they had to reorder it. A damaged part is understandable. Not ideal, but sometimes that stuff happens. My problem is that NO ONE TOLD ME. For several days I heard nothing and then got basically the run around when I tried to FIND OUT what was going on with my vehicle. Unacceptable for BMW. I expect MUCH better than this. Too bad. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I will set aside they were a week late with completing the repairs. They left my car DIRTY! The entire interior of the car was dusty and grimy as though they left the doors open during a dust storm. They ruined the plastic cover display where the odometer, etc are located. It looks as though some chemical was sprayed on it, unable the remove the spray now. The paint job was mediocre and thats being nice. They didnt buff out the paint to make it smooth and match the rest of the paint. it was rough. Just DIRTY, DIRTY workmanship!! Its not enough my car was hit but now I have to deal with the manner in which the repair shop left it. Not cool.

Horrible customer service!!! I call multiple times a day leaving messages with both the receptionist and on voicemail and I NEVER get a call back it took me 2 days to get a hold of anybody that could help me. I also was told my car would take 4 to 5 days unless other damage was found and on the 4th day I receive an email (not a phone call which i day prior i left 4 messages) stating they have just started disassembling. I would not recommend this company to anyone to use. I can not say all bad things though the agent helping me did help with some of the policy which is a plus that is the only reason i would give them 2 stars over 1!

The team at Chapman Collision in Tempe were wonderful! From Erica at the front desk being friendly & polite to Kevin being professional & thorough, they treated me with respect & valued my time. I knew my car was being repaired by experts in the field & I was given almost daily updates. Its a hard place to be in to be without your car due to an accident but everyone at Chapman was so nice & made the stressful situation so much easier. My car was fixed on time and looked brand new. Thanks again!

Dropped car off and waited 2 weeks which was expected, But upon the drive home from thee collision center the door stripping was missing as if poorly put on and fell off on the drive home. Have yet to notify collision center, although I highly doubt they would be of any help with the problem because I was not issued a warranty on the work like most auto body shops do. If I had my choice I would not take my car back to this collision center ever again!!

The owner took care of me while taking care of my car. I would have to give this Collision center an A rating due the customer service that was on board with the situation I had at hand. I felt like I got taken care of and that the owner of Chapman Collision actually cared about me as a customer and helped me throughout the whole process of my brand new BMW 320i getting to be in tip top condition! Recommend Chapman BMW + Chapman Collision 100%

STAY AWAY! Took my car in a month and a half to get my car quoted for repair as i had been in an accident. I have left 4 voicemails and called in a dozen times with no response. Carlos was the associate that i was supposed to be working with but haven heard back in a month and have been leaving messages weekly. His voicemail says his promise is excellent customer service but its actually HORRIBLE customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had to take my beloved Chevy truck to the Chapman Body Shop on Kyrene and Baseline twice for two separate accidents (haha) and both times the team there was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. On my most recent visit, Jim went above and beyond to work with me on a fair repair price. He even dropped my truck off at my work once the repairs were completed. I appreciated that he washed the vehicle too. Thanks Jim!

This review is long overdue but I took my car here thinking that Chapman knew its product....WRONG! (Trump voice lol) I got my car back looking like it was unfinished, the clear coat was done terribly! It had dried drips of clear coat coming from the handle. Hopefully it has improved over the years but be cautious.

The strip below the bumper on my 2015 Equinox was loose on one end. One of the technicians fixed it in a matter of minutes and didnt charge me for it. In the past 15 years, Chapman Body Shop has done 5 or 6 major body repairs for me. They always did an excellent job in a timely fashion. Ted P.

My car was in an accident. This was the shop my insurance recommend. My car took 2 months to fix and a year later I still have issues with it. My car has been back to them 3 times. Customer service is rude. Employees constantly change. Save yourself the headache.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Lesson here is for me to always read reviews before taking my vehicle to a particular shop. Also dont assume the shop knows its product better than another collision shop. Turns out not the case. Communication sucks.

Got work done there a few months ago. Customer service was fine, but work on the car was done extremely poor. Definitely wouldnt go back personally and wouldnt recommend to anyone
