I called in morning to make an appointment for an oil change, I asked when would be best time to go in. Person on phone was very polite and told me 3pm would work best. I got to shop about 2:40pm checked in and as usual they took my keys and I had a seat. 3:15 came around and my car was still sitting there, I asked front desk how long itll be before they even took the back she said about 20 mins. 3:40 comes around and car is still sitting there. At this point im frustrated i wasted my time I asked for keys back and stated Id been sitting there for over 1hr and nothing was ever done with my car. ( I was the only one in the shop) Lady at front desk advised me to call in morning to make an appointment lol Waste of my time i think because I had already called in a.m for the appointment. Would highly advise to find a new shop unless you have time to waste.

Couldnt of asked for a better experience! Having little to no knowledge about cars Dayes Automotive made getting my car fixed an easy and effortless experience. They were very knowledgeable and caring about my situation. I didnt feel stressed or taken advantage of at all. I was able to get my car in and out within the same day! Now my AC works better than it ever has before. If you want your car fixed quickly and efficiently with friendly people who genuinely care about their customers then I highly recommend Dayes Automotive Center for you.
