Ive worked with this shop for several months. Its been nothing but trouble. It started out when I needed to get my engine replaced after all the oil leaked out and the engine died. Shortly after the engine was replaced, I kept having problems. Under the engine warranty, I needed to get the engine replaced by them two more times within several months. And I kept having problems shortly after getting the engine replaced those two additional times. Its been incredibly frustrating that they returned the car to me three times without completely fixing the problem. Another problem has been the sheer inconvenience. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks at a time on average, much longer than they estimated for the repairs being done. Sometimes there was a loaner car available, sometimes not. This was incredibly inconvenient for me and I lost a lot of money on public transportation. Customer was subpar. Especially after I ended up coming back for repairs under the warranty (which meant no money for them) they became less and less helpful to me. Any time I would ask why my car was still in the shop a week later than planned, or when I asked why I was having problems so soon after getting the car back, I never got a straight answer. I got the strong impression that they were trying their best to avoid responsibility for my negative experience. Maybe my car situation was beyond their skill level, but I would at least expect them to be more humble and straightforward about that.

Larry is always very honest and on time. His price is usually cheaper than other places and this time i was genuinely shocked when his estimate was three times cheaper than this other place in Kaysville. He had told me he would finish the job by Saturday and he did. Another gentleman there also had helped me with getting rid of the speaker system from the trunk of my car for free. I highly recommend this shop. Its the best one around here.

No frills local garage. Just what we were looking for. Reasonable prices and more importantly did a great job on body repair! Our van looks like new again. They held true to original price estimate and even repaired damage to bumper at no extra charge. Would definitely go back...which we might have to since our oldest just got her license!

Love this place! They always just fix what needs to be fixed and dont try to add on a bunch of things to your bill. They even came out to our house just before Christmas because our car would not come out of park and we thought we would have to be towed in. He figured it out, and did not charge anything, just said, "Merry Christmas!"

My best repair experience ever happened here with Larry. If youre looking at Burt brothers or anywhere else. Dont! Youll pay twice as much or more for mediocre service. Haugen repaired my car much cheaper than anywhere around! Consider me a lifetime customer
