*****************************WARNING*********************************** Unfortunately I took my car there to fix a small dent in the drivers side door and I completely regret it! They originally told me it would take three days to fix my vehicle so I rented a car and on the third day when they told me my car was ready for pick up I returned the rental and went to get my car. Not only was the work not completed properly but there was new damage that they caused to my car. Two days after that they called me again to say the car is ready, then an hour after that call I get another call saying the car was not ready since they had burned the paint while trying to buff it. When I finally went to pick up the car I was still not happy with the services and there are new white paint spots sprinkled on it (I have a red car) and the manager started arguing with me, he had absolutely no customer service, and made matters worse. Do not do not take your car over there!!!! They are so unprofessional and will end up causing more damage to your car!

Just pathetic. These guys are unethical. A few days down the line when they did collision repair for my car, I found out that my A/c was not working. I did not pay attention to it then, thinking maybe it just needs new gas. As summers approached , I took my car to a service center, and found out, that these guys (Maaco Tempe) had replaced the condensor with wrong O-rings. They are smaller in size than they should be , causing anything charged into the condensor to leak completely. On being told about this, they are not even taking any reponsibility for their shoddy work which shows their unrthical side. I will never ever go here or never will recommend their business to any of my friends. I will make sure, I post this review on every website possible, so that max ppl can be made aware of their practices. Furthermore, even during the repair times, these people were telling me a different story and were telling the insurance company a different story.

I just wanted to send out a message to anyone that may have a question, should I or should I not go to this Maaco Collision repair and Auto Painting for service. I have had nothing but great service from Chris, Gary and/or John everything that I have had anything to do on my car. I had my car painted 5-yrs ago and with this Arizona sun, it needed another follow up. Due to the previous paint job that was still under warranty, They painted it again, I came out of that building today, owner of a a 1994 Toyota looking like it just came off the car lot. I have never had a problem with either of the personnel that is mentioned in this review. Awesome service. I highly recommend them..

Been going here about a year. The guys are super fair and knowledgeable. Prices are never a shock. They seem to actually care about your vehicle. They are honest too. Which is why I will never go anywhere else. ( Been jerked around and ripped off by others) they straight up told us the cost to fix my husbands suspension on his car was more than the car was worth. They could have easily tried to push him. They changed all of my belts and hoses....A month later I had a squeak, no idea what it was, took it in. They called me and told me they just had to adjust one of the belts. I didnt even think about. They didnt try to charge me and say it was something else. I love Maaco!

I had my truck painted in June. I took it back a few days later to point out some flaws. I have a visual impairment so couldnt see a lot of the problems with the paint. My daughter could. The other owner blew me off. Told me i had to pay for the color sanding to correct their shoddy work. After getting bids to color sand I got angry and decided Maaco was going to pay for the corections xomne hell or high water. When i called corporate i found out the shop was under new ownership and corporate was very nice about all this. Im hoping the new owner will give me different results. He seemed concerned when I spoke to him on the phone. Well see.

Bait and switch. Took my truck directly in so that I could get an accurate quote for a paint job. The salesman and I spoke in the parking lot and he said that because they were so slow, that he would make me quite a deal. He talked about the 5 year warranty and quoted a price that we agreed upon. We walked inside and as I was looking at the price board, he even mentioned that the one Id be getting was the one on on the bottom left and it showed the 5 year warranty. When I picked up my truck, the paperwork said it had a 4 year warranty. I asked the same salesman about it and he denied everything. Dont agree to anything unless you get it in writing.

Have given this location three tries, three different vehicles. Each had to be returned for shoddy work. The most recent needed a door replaced and painted. The vehicle had new window tint so the tinted wind from damaged door was to be installed in the replacement door. Never happened, window was discarded with old door leaving us with the added expense of tinting the window. Good money was paid in each and every case and each was returned for several corrections. Most discrepancies were corrected but the time and gas spent on returns plus extra expense of re-tinting is very poor business practice. Not worth the trouble.

I took my vehicle in for a paint job and headlight refurbishing. The paint job came out decent, but dont believe any of the $500 deals they pretend to have. They will always start off really high. They will tell you its another $100 to change the color. I said "ok paint the same color". "Well then I will have to charge you for custom color." I also had an estimate that clearly stated Headlight Refurbishment on it. They claimed that it never had a itemized charge for it and that is why they didnt do the work. I argued a little but I paid the invoice. However, they lost out on my truck I was going to bring in. I wont be back .

I had a great experience here! I had a dent in my front bumper, other places were quoting me for totally replacing my bumper and the prices were outrageous. Maaco told me they would try to repair the dent without replacing the bumper and they did! It looks perfect and they charged me hundreds less than the other places I got quotes from. I will be returning the next time I need auto body work done!

Two thumbs up! They revived my 84 Camaro so well she looks like she came straight off the line. All of the guys were great. I cant post a picture and you cant hear me screaming with joy. But if someone were to offer me the same job for half off, I would still come to Maaco Tempe.

I live in Ca. And my daughter goes to ASU. Her window fell off the track and greg is going to fix it if he can and if parts need to be ordered he will put plastic over it until the part comes in. Awesome employee. And even give her a ride home. Thanks Greg.
