DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CHEATS!!!! They told me my vehicle would be done in 2 weeks after an accident and it has been 2 MONTHS!!! I tried to get my car out to take it somewhere else, but they threatened to charge me a huge storage fee for the time it had already spent there. I cannot believe how horrible this experience has been. Every time I go down there to check on it I find that they havent even started, and when I ask to speak to the manager I watch him run and hide in his office while the other employees lie to my face and tell me he is not there. Please save yourself the headache and stay as far away from these people as possible!!!!

I helped my dad buy a truck from these guys. They sold him a truck that had LTZ badges on side that was really an LT. Is that such a big deal? Yes, about $4000 in resale value. What was their response when he approached them about it? Sorry, you bought it "as-is, where-is." They had the opportunity to make it right, and at least give him something, but they weaseled out because they know he has no legal standing. Is this the type of company you would want to do business with? Not me. They are the epitome of the stereotypical dirtbag used car dealer. Looking for honesty, then look elsewhere.

1 year ago I thought they were good honest people. Two days ago they broke my vehicle and claimed it wasnt an option on my car anyway. When I called them on the lie they suddenly offered to fix the problem for hundreds of dollars. They are liars, cheats, and underhanded. Dont trust them with anything you care about. They dont care about customers or customer vehicles! Im disgusted I have to give them even one star just to warn others.

Of all the places I have taken my cars These guys arent perfect and they dont try to cover it up, All the work done on my cars from tire changes/purchases, emissions, minor and major repairs they have taken good care of my vehicles. I cant say that for Youngs, Larry Miller, Burt Bros, I got the stories to make it real. I am satisfied very much so with the way they take care of me.

Im a military spouse and leave it to as soon as my husband is gone on training for my car to act up! Not only did they recommend a great towing company to get my overheating car to their shop but they got the problem fixed way faster than they said they would. The price was reasonable and the staff was honest and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!

A friend recommended I take my vehicle to Hatch. - I was not disappointed. Another shop said I needed to replace my ball joints and quoted a price. Hatch did the work for half the price quoted by the other guys. Hatch is honest and does good work!

Good honest shop. I have used them several times and they have been great every time. They listen to your concerns and address your needs in a professional manner. It reminds me of more of a local small town shop. The only place I use for body work.

Love Hatch Auto Repair! Weve had 2 cars repaired here, both rear end collisions. Both cars looked like new when the job was done. Doesnt look like there was a wreck in the first place. Cost was good for the job as well! No complaints here.

Had one of our cars taken in after an accident a few weeks ago. When It was returned, yes the problem was fixed, but there was a new problem with it. Cant believe that they didnt finish up the job and sent out a broken car
