We took in our car after we had been rear ended, because we have always had exceptional service at the Nate Wade dealership and service center. After picking up the car we noticed that they reused old pieces of our car even though the bill seems to indicate otherwise, but overall we were happy until a couple days later we took our car to Nate Wade Service center for an oil change. After checking out our car they noted that all of the rear light bulbs were out and needed to be replaced. We mentioned that we had just picked it up from their collision center and felt this should have been taken care of when the accident repairs were performed. We were informed that even though they have the same name and ownership they dont communicate with each other. The collision center should have made sure the rear lights were working before they returned it to us. As a result I am now worried they cut corners elsewhere in our repairs. We wont ever use them again.

Worst experience! I took my car to get some collision damage repaired and had an awful time. The first problem is that when I picked my car up all the dash/check engine lights were on and I was told to "drive it 50 miles and they will go off" well they didnt. The problem ended up being a wiring harness that had to be taken care of. The second thing is that I had asked for several rock chips on my hood to be touched up. I mentioned this multiple times and was told it would be done when I picked my car up, well that wasnt done either. They ended up dabbing black pain on the hood of my blue car as I was pulling put because I had to get to work. THEN to top it off I ended up paying my insurance company an additional $281 because the bill that I paid Nate Wade when I picked my car up was less than the bill that they sent the insurance company. No one could explain the discrepancy in the bills. I will NEVER be using Nate Wade again.

Ive always had great experiences at Nate Wade and have never had issues with their services. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional as well as efficient. Jared is awesome and took the time to call my insurance for rock chip repair but when they didnt end up covering it, repaired it for free! I will always go back here for future car repairs and services.

I recently had some body work done on my vehicle from the folks at Nate Wade Body Shop. I was very impressed at the ease which the entire ordeal transpired. The quality of the work was top-notch as was the service that Chad and Joy provided to me. I would easily recommend this location to both Subaru and non Subaru owners alike.

cars are good quality, but prices!!!! seriously!!!! the same car at Auto Maxima or Silka Auto is 5-6 thousand dollars less!!! I bought 2009 Subaru Forester Turbo clean title from Auto Maxima for 21 k and the same was at Nate wade for almost 28 k!!! Silka auto had one for 16k, but it was salvaged, so i got one at Auto MAXIMA

I bought a car from Nate Wade Subaru 2 years ago and have loved it. It hasnt caused me any problems and everyone that works there is always so helpful and friendly. My oil changes always go smoothly along with everything else. I will definitely be going to Nate Wade for my next car purchase.

Repaired Honda Fit hatch. Excellent job. Attn to detail. asked if it was OK to touch up bumper with the paint they had mixed for the hatch - no charge. I requested some paint which they gave me and instruction on how to touch up rock chips so they will not rust. Professional

Nate Wade Body Shop did my car repairs after my car was rear ended. They were very thorough and did a fantastic repair. It felt like it took longer than necessary but I think that is just because they have so many customers. I will go back again in the future for repairs.

Got into a Fender Bender just weeks after purchasing a new Subaru so I went back to Nate Wade (where I bought my car) and they sent me across the street to their Body Shop. My bumper was repaired within two days at a competitive price and looks great.

No issues with quality of repair. A little bit of an issue with the time it took to get my car ready. Not a big deal, really, as it took just a couple of days longer than the estimated completion date. Not a deal breaker, but a minor inconvenience.

Ive dealt with them twice this year, superb service, great guys, wonderful work. I wouldnt go to any other body shop. Even though the insurance paid for both issues, they still cost less than the "insurance recommended" places.
