ABRA WEBSITE PROMISE - Right the first time - On time! Even the best make mistakes, but they stand by their promise! Ok, they didnt get it done right the first time, it happens. However, I brought it to their attention and it quickly escalated to their AREA MANAGER who personally showed up to my house, the same day! He was not defensive, instead he was genuine and he wanted to make it right... he was very apologetic and empathetic to my experience. He listened to my concerns and made arrangements to address my repairs as soon as possible. I got my car back in few days and everything is as expected. I gave them a chance to make it right and I couldnt be happier... they upheld their end of the bargain. Here is the bottom line... YOU CAN TRUST THEM!!! I will recommend Abra Auto to my friends and family and if I ever need service again they will get my business. Thank you Abra Auto!

These guys are awesome! I dont wish a wrecked car upon anyone. But if it happens to you, you should be at ABRA in riverton without a second guess! We had our car suffer a small front end collision and ABRA fixed it fast (3days) and it was done perfect you cant even tell. And on top of doing such a great job the polished the opposite side headlight so that the new one would match! Then today we had a problem with the headlight they replaced not working. So i stopped in and they fixed it! These guys are awesome!

I am super impressed with Abra at this location. They were very kind but to the point. They got my car done as soon as possible and called me along the way to let me know of the status of my car. After repainting the repaired areas, they even filled in a spot that was chipped from a different incident and they didnt have to do that. Then on top of everything they cleaned my car, inside and out. It was like getting a brand new car. They are great.!

These people are fast and take care of dealing with the insurance company. They are so kind and they sent me texts to keep me updated. I dealt with Lorrie and she is just about the nicest person ever. The man that made my read door look brand new was Sam. He did amazing work and I could have asked for a better job. I am recommending this place to all my friends. Being in an accident is rough and these people seem to make it less of an ordeal.

WOW! The staff are incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the work they performed on my car. Not only that, they texted me letting me know that they are taking good care of my car - what a great way to let me know they are thinking of me and my car. The work they did on my car was amazing. Abra was great! I dropped my car off on a Thursday and they had it ready the very next day. They worked with Enterprise to have my rental car ready - that way I didnt have to get a ride to Enterprise. They made the repair process easy and care free! Their repairs were perfect! They even gave me some leftover touch up paint just in case I need it in the future. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

His frequent communication keep me informed of my vehicles status. Gene was friendly and truly cared that I was completely satisfied with the results. These guys were so great! Scott did a great job at keeping me updated with what was happening with my car. The repair looks amazing. And it was so nice to get my car back with the not only the outside clean, but the inside too! Scott also did a great job recommending a mechanic shop for an issue with my lights that they couldnt figure out.

They did a fantastic job on our car. The bumper, side and light were in pretty bad shape. And now you cant even tell its been through anything! The paint merging was excellent! They quoted well. Overall they were very good to work with, even though we had some complications with things. Great service!

Got my car fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Took longer than expected but they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quality of the repair was exceptional. They dealt directly with my insurance company. Definitely would recommend this place.
