VERY DISHONEST/HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I called to have my tahoe towed and have a fuel pump replaced on a monday afternoon. Dave at D K Watson said he could do it and had a cheaper quote than other places. He assured me that it would be no problem to have it done by wednesday evening. I tried to tell him the year and model of my car. He didnt listen to me, and instead just wanted the VIN # to find the right parts. He told me the VIN showed I had a different year and size of engine. I tried to tell him otherwise, as they didnt make the size of engine in that year that he said. So after not hearing anything for two days I called to see if my car was about done. He still hadnt even towed it to his shop. He said for sure the next day. Again it had not been towed. I called on Friday at 1pm,already very upset, to find out they had just got it to the shop that morning. I asked if they were getting close to being done. The guy that answered the phone didnt know anything about it. He went and looked and the car was in their lot, so it had been towed. However, there wasnt anybody there to work on it. So he said I could call back on Monday, as I was going to be without a car all weekend and on-call for work at a hospital. I called back on Monday and they just finally started working on it. He told me it would be done later that day. About an hour later I got a call saying he had the wrong part because it was the wrong year and type of engine. The correct part was going to cost me another $100. Had he just listened to what I said hed of had the correct part and quoted me the correct price. Finally I picked up my Tahoe monday evening (a WEEK later). After trying to have him lower his cost for the inconvenience he refused and said there was nothing he could do and sent me on my way.

HORRID!!! Worst place EVER! Crappy work, no follow through on the "work" they do, wont return phone calls, scam artists and they consistently took longer then they quoted. I had to take my car back twice to get it fixed correctly, and even then I couldnt get the work done. Dave Watson is horrible to work with! Ive never had someone that I am paying to work for me treat me so badly! I finally gave up and took my car elsewhere. He ripped me off, Id rather walk then do any type of business with him. There was a couple people in his lobby during my visits, since he wont speak to you on the phone, that told me not to let him work on my car because he had made a mess out of their vehicles, but I was already at his mercy. The free loner cars were filthy! Ive seen cleaner dumpsters! I couldnt stand the smell, but had to use the car. I made the mistake of looking for the smell and found rotten food under the seats. The person who had the car before me had left a bottle of hand sanitizer, which I used completely within the first few days. I had to pass it forward. Every warning light on the dash was on, I was just waiting for it to break down. Also, WHO RENTS CARS WITHOUT GAS IN THEM?!?! REALLY?!

BEWARE! I brought my car here because the owner Dave Watson seemed legit when he promised that he would do a better job then any other shop and also give me a free rental car and be very fast!. I waited almost 4 months to get my car back and what at most should have been 3 weeks!!! I was given a rental car that overheated unless i had the heat on or was driving semi fast and the tires were bald and there was no radio. then I was charged for the car by him when I tried to get my car from repair and this is just the start. I have my car back now and the front bumper that was replaced is falling off now, paint on the hood that he did is bubbling, he did suspension work on the front off the car and the brakes weer so lose they almost fell off and I had to take it to the dealer. Check engine light was on and there was no coolant when i picked it up. Dave watson takes his sweet time then he goes so far as to claim a ridiculous amount of money from insurance, to the point where you question fraud!! He ignores status calls for weeks! this was a nightmare experience and I will forever regret this decision because my car is screwed.

I liked the fact that you get a free loaner car which comes in handy if you do not carry rental coverage on your policy. I have no issues with the labor, everything seems good so far. Mr Watson called me personally to keep me updated and he was very nice. what I did not like was that usually when you get your vehicle back from a body shop, they detail the interior. DK Watson did not do that and the interior of my car was left filthy, dusty, smelled like oil and there was a leftover piece of plastic casing which seems to belong somewhere in my car but was left on the passenger side floor and it had oil in it. So definetely has its pros and cons.

Our car had an accident which damaged the front end. The tooowing company took it to their shop. Kind of a racket? The body work was good, not great. However, the rest was horrible. Windows didnt work, air conditioning didnt work, steering was off, lights didnt work and pointed in the wrong direction. When asked to fix it again, they were very rude and belligerent. After the second time they "fixed" it, it still didnt drive well. We had to take it to another place. Never take your car there if it needs more than a fender.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Its my first time having to fix my car ever and Im 18 so he treated me like I was stupid. He said he wont finance me because Im "too much trouble" and wont release my car. Worst customer service EVER!! Never would recommend. The damage be fixed looks like crap too.

This guy its a joke he charged me for making an estimate and over charges for EVERYTHING!! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
