Customer Service - At first I was not very impressed with the customer service. When I dropped off the car I was told that they would call and give me updates about the progress of my car.The day that my car was supposed to be done kept getting moved. I never received one call to let me know what was happening. I had to call to find out what was happening. It is not like I have lots of open time to just drop what I’m doing to come get my car. People have plans and if I have to move my plans then I would have liked more notice about what was going on. When I picked up the car I worked with Geoff. He was very professional and very nice to work with. He explained why the repairs had taken longer than what was originally expected and answered all of my questions. Some of the parts that originally came in did not meet their standards and were damaged in shipping and so they had reorder the parts. One of the things that I was worried was the pinstripe and making sure that both sides matched after the repairs. When Geoff and I went out to look at the final work the had only re pinstriped the side that needed the work. So one side was very new and looked great, the other side was worn. Geoff was very nice and offered to have them quickly do the other side so that both sides were new and looked great. While I was waiting one of the workers made a snudy remark saying that he would have never pinstriped the other side. He made me explain to him why I wanted them to match. I explained that if I ever wanted to sell the car it would be clear that work had been done on the car. That Unique’s promise is that the car would look like it did before the accident. If the pinstripes don’t match then the car is not back to pre accident conditions. Maybe the management should teach their workers about customer service. Quality of Work I needed to have the drivers door replaced and dents removed from the drivers side front fender and also the rear door. The side view mirror also need to be replaced. I was very glad to hear that when the first replacement door arrived that it had been damaged in shipping and they had rejected the door and ordered a second door. At first glance it seemed that the paint looked really good and the new pinstripe looked great. They even tried to match the new pinstripe to the interior of the car. However they did not initially re pinstripe both sides of the car. I was impressed that Geoff quickly offered to get that fixed. Also they had to rush a last minute part so that the door would work. I was glad that they were able to find the part and get my car back to me. The other thing that I was not very happy about was that the replacement side mirror did have some noticeable rock like dings in the housing of the mirror. The paint looked great but they did just paint over the rock dings. :( Overall - I think that overall my car looks great looks good. I am glad that they have a lifetime warranty on their work as long as you own the car. I would have like to receive a little bit more customer service while my car was in the shop. While I was in the office everyone was very nice and professional except the one worker that normally works in the back. Would I recommend them to a friend? Probably

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! Typically saying you had a great experience at an auto body shop is like saying you really enjoyed your last dentist appointment but these guys made a bad situation one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had. I brought my car into their shop the morning after my accident on a referral from my insurance agent. My agent advised me to get a quick quote so we could start the claims process. The team at Unique quickly greeted me even before I had the car shut off and though I could tell they were busy they took the time to treat me like I was their only customer. They then informed me that they would be happy to work with my insurance company directly and would get me a rental and have me out the door in 10 minutes. It ended up being more like 5!! In fact, they were so quick and the process was so simple I was initially worried that I had missed a few steps in the process. Not only did they handle everything with the repair on the car, which was done with impeccable quality, but they also worked directly with my insurance provider to ensure my claim was handled quickly and efficiently. Ironically I work in insurance and having someone else be my advocate with the insurance company made the entire process stress free. I had mentioned to them that I needed to try and have my vehicle back for an out-of-state wedding I was attending the following week. They made sure that I had my vehicle back in time for the event and knowing that I would be at a wedding they made sure the car was detailed inside and out! It was these small touches that show they truly care about their work and their customers. While I hope I don’t have the need to use a body shop in the near future I will definitely use them again if the need arises. More importantly I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing auto body repair work. Unique Auto Body has earned a customer for life!

Pathetic service, will never ever recommend this place to anybody for any repair, when I took my Honda CRV to them, after looking the damage they told me it is dangerous to drive the car with stuck seat belt and told me it will take 5 day to get the car fixed. Part 1 : Nobody called me for next three days until I called them to check the progress, they also took my email address to send me the photos of all the damages once they open the car but did not get any email from them as well. If you don’t want to send the photos, why to get the email?? Part 2 : Finally, I reached there on day 5, they fixed all the external damage, but the seat belt was just like that it was still stuck and not working, (how can you not fix it when you yourself told me that it is dangerous to drive the car with stuck seat belt!?). When I told them I am not happy with this, response from customer service agent was "you already have rented car, what can we do for you?" how does it matter if I have rented car or not? isnt it enough to get back my car on decided date? Part 3 : They said they will have to order seat belt and it will ready next business day. Guess what, they called me that day morning(Bravo!) and told me "We have order the wrong seat belt (wrong color)", I will have to wait for another day." Which turned out to be 5 more days! Get your car there on your own risk and patience.

Worst experience ever. No communication, miscommunication, from my detailed instructions to what they actually did. Job took 8 days longer than quoted due to the message and information I left not getting to the ONE employee in the WHOLE office that knows anything about my service jacket. Brought back for repairs to the initial work being substandard, relatively simple fix, dropped off wed to be picked up Monday MORNING. Call to check on vehicle Monday AM nobody knows anything about it!!! Was told I would get a call back in 30 minutes, an hour and a half later I call again to find out the ONE employee that knows anything is out for the day.... NO CALL FROM UNIQUE to tell me the situation. So I just go there to get my truck and they were just starting the simple repair to the vehicle that WASNT DONE correctly the first time. *Poor communication *Poor quality of work (attention to detail)is *Poor customer service and customer care (tell you what you want to hear and do whatever they want) *Poor inter-office communication (different info from different emplyees)
