We run another business and were referred to Campus to get an estimate for a frame job on one of our vehicles. The Campus rep was rude on the phone and unprofessional. He acted like I was bothering him. I asked if he could estimate my vehicle which was about a mile from their location - he refused. I guess he refused our money too. This is more of a management problem. Customer service is directed by how you train your reps. It is clear that this rep was not trained well. RE: Manager Response and conversation with manager: Shortly after posting this review, the person that referred me to Campus called and wanted me to take down my review because a Campus rep called him and blamed him for this review - when in reality this review was all about how badly I was treated on the phone by the campus rep. Who in their right mind complains to someone for referring them business? Since I felt bad for the guy that referred me, I called Campus and spoke with the owner "LEO" . All of the details that he posted in his response were incorrect as someone from his staff had misinterpreted and simply made up things. My car was not at anyones facility taken apart, etc. I was simply looking for an onsite estimate for some frame work. After telling him that, he did nothing but continue to point fingers at everyone else other than his own staff. He could have done anything else to smooth over the issue and maintain a sense of professionalism, but just as I said before it goes to show that bad business practice comes from the top. LEO went on and on about how many years they have been in business when he should have been apologizing to me and to the company that tried to refer him business. You can be in business for a thousand years and still have the worst customer service. As LEO told me himself, there are about 500-600 other repair facilities in the local area so you might want to think about that when considering doing business with this one.

I crashed the front end of my car in rush hour traffic, and my insurance company towed the wreck to Campus Body Salon. The employees there were very communicative about the status of my car, and were excellent at predicting when things were going to be complete with it. I got my car back today, and it looks brand new. The engine compartment looks as fresh as the day I bought it. There are no structural blemishes that I saw, the paint looked flawless, and it drove like new. I was so pleased with the service I just wanted to give them a great review. Thank you again, and hopefully I wont need to see you ever again! ;)

Our service was awesome at Campus Body Salon. Aaron was our advisor and he was on top of it at all times. If I am in a crash again ,hope not ,we will definitely go back . Our car came in rather damaged and came out perfect . It does so well. Love how it looks ,runs and is so nice to have a great car again. I really like these guys. Very nice and professional. Campus Body Salon did a fantastic job repairing the body damage to my sons car (see photos of white Scion). The car looks better than it did when we first bought it! The quality exceeded our expectations! They have a great eye for detail!!!!!!
