Dave Crum was my agent and he provided a Quote for repair of my new 2015 Outback very quickly and then arranged for the repair of the vehicle. The repair was effected very quickly (1 day less than the quote) and the work done, with one small exception, appearedto be first rate. The small exception required some further adjustment of some of the metal work that had not been repaired to its original fit, resulting in the vehicle being held over for one day to effect the adjustment. Most would not have even noticed the issue but I did, and so did David when I pointed it out to him. There was no haggling about the issue - the adjustment was made within a day and the vehicle was delivered on time as per the quote and "under budget" and looks as good as new. I was very impressed with David and the quality of the work performed by AutoNation Collision Centre N Scottsdale. I would highly recommend them.

Do not go here! They are so slimy! Barry Blackmore was our extremely rude representative. The shop is an authorized estimator for USAA. We went there to get an insurance estimate with the express intention of getting the work done elsewhere. They tried to get us to give them power of attorney to repair the car even though we continued to let them know that we wanted to take the car elsewhere. They kept the car and would not review it until I came down to the three days later to the shop. My car was intact when I left their center at noon. By 3:00, they called us and said that they took the car apart (without our or USAAs permission) and refused to put it back together and demanded we have the repair work done in their center. We had to have the car that we drove to the center towed off their lot! What a fraud!

I have been a customer at Autonation Ford of Scottsdale for over 2 years. From the beginning their entire staff has treated me with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Their service agent, Matt Gerber, displays true interest and concern in helping to remedy the issues that need attention for my vehicle. He is exceptional in his attitude and effort to put me at ease and truely cares that I am completely satisfied with all work performed. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for vehicle service with someone who really cares about the true meaning of customer service. Additionally, that attitude permeates through all the other staff members I have encountered, even through their vehicle rental department (ask for Drew). These people are the exception to "just good enough" service from other dealers.

Forgot to lock my car in the parking lot and I got items stolen and a credit card (someone went on a shopping spree). Im honestly not sure if someone working there took the items or someone stole it while in the lot. When I told them about it, they did absolutely nothing. It was honestly somewhat amusing how they handled the situation so poorly. I didnt even get a manager to come apologize. It was like they had no idea what to do. And they lost my keys when picking it up for about 15 minutes. Other than that the people there were really nice.

Because our Forester was a new model year it took a while for the parts to come in. But once they were there the body shop did a very thorough and nice job. They even replaced a defective lift gate that we didnt even know was a problem. The only small issue was not receiving updates on the progress of the work. I usually had to call the office to find out what was going on and when to expect them to finish.
