I brought my Porsche Targa in for some minor cosmetic repair of the rear bumper. The paint came out great, but sadly that was the only thing I was pleased with. While inspecting the car for pick-up I notice the rear bumper was not installed correctly and I pointed this out to the Bill Lewandowski, he then told me that I must have broken the bumper while inspecting it. Bill said he would have the car taken back in and inspected by their "Porsche Expert." The "Porsche Expert" concluded that it was installed incorrectly and fixed the problem. Then, when I got onto the freeway my taillight fell out and was dangling by the electrical wire. When inspecting the taillight to find out what happen, I found the screw was not installed correctly into the bracket. At this time the "Porsche Expert" was 0-2, the following day I brought the car back to the shop with a temporary, personally sourced screw and in formed them of what happen. They said they would fix it and replace the screw. But in-fact they took the screw out and spray-painted the same screw black and put it back in so it would match. They fooled me, for a couple days. Again I brought the car back to the shop (I dont live close to the shop), told them that I knew they tried to deceive me and I needed to get the correct screw and Bill had the balls to say "we can just order you the right screw." No apology, just we can get that for you. I told Bill that I did not trust him or the "Porsche Expert" anymore and I would order the part directly from the Porsche dealership. Again, Bill amazed me by demanding that I only order the screw and it would be up to me to install it and they would not pay for it to be installed. Over all I am very disappointed with the shop. All of this came from a $.40 part. I would have been happy to wait for the right part. I hope this helps, it may only be Bill Lewandowski, and his "Porsche Expert."

Penske Automotive Collision in Scottsdale is one of the top auto body shops I have been to here in the Metro Phoenix. My first encounter with Penske was replacing my cars windshield after a well known local windshield company installed a new windshield and blotched the repair three times. After going through 3 repairmen from this company to reinstall the windshield, my insurance decided to use another company. A dealer referred me to Penske and in one stop they repaired my windshield and replaced all the broken parts (using OEM parts) from the last company. I was impressed!!! A Hensley semi hit my car and their insurance sent an adjuster to access the damages. Paul at PDA spoke highly of Penske AC and referred me to them. He was right! I wont go anywhere else but to Penske Automotive Collision for replacement of windshields and auto body work. Penske takes pride in the details and in going the extra step. They really know their core business and they are impressive at what they do. They exceeded my expectations in repairing the rear bumper of my car. Thank you Anthony for your excellent customer service! Give them a try and you will be impressed too!

My Penske experience was fantastic from beginning to end. I received top notch customer service, all questions were answered in complete detail, no issues arose and I was treated with respect throughout the process. Moreover, they excelled in all aspects of the repair process. This was definitely nice change of pace, considering my past experiences at other auto shops. Michelle (front office) gave me world-class customer service from the moment I called. She was professional, courteous and second-to-none in assisting my needs. As well, I was particularly pleased with my repairs. They were handled by James Solem and his work was outstanding. I couldn’t be any happier with the outcome. His estimate was comprehensive and his attention to detail was impressive. He guided me through the entire process in a timely manner and the body work was done to perfection. Furthermore, the paint blended in perfectly having my truck come out looking brand new. The entire process left me feeling great about choosing Penske Automotive Collision. I would recommend them to anyone and I give them a score of 30/30.

Bought an iced tea at Ajs last weekend for $1.39; backed- out from front of the store and the bumper hooked onto the concrete parking marker...and the bumper broke! Brought the car over to what had formerly been Scottsdale Paint and Auto Body repair and is now Penske Automotive first thing Monnday morning and was met by Mike Hanson. I didnt even have to exlain what had happened. He took over...ordered a car from Enterprise for me (great service reps there, too!) and said he would try to complete the repair by Friday, June 15th...in less than 5 business days! He kept his word and I picked up a repaired vehicle Friday afternoon. Fantastic service and feedback...I can be a bit demanding, in a nice way of course, and wanted to spread the word that Penske Automotive "rocks! Ask for Mike Hanson...hell get the job done. Penske is a prefrred partner for State Farm! No hassles from anyone and no estimators needed from State Farm! Thanks, again, Mike!

I cant say enough good things about this place. You may think Im a paid spokesman or this sounds like a commercial, but the truth is, Its not and Im not. I really did have the best experience ever at Penske and in particular, Mr. Justin Pollard who went way above and beyond for my case to save my car from the insurance companies totaling ledger. They wanted to total the car, I wanted to keep it. Mr. Pollard acted on my behalf to keep the same work at the price necessary for me to keep the car! Even when he couldve charged more he didnt and the work was first rate and perfect! I will recommend this place to anyone needing body work on their car. Its so nice to find such great service and work that shouldnt be rare, but is! Thanks Mr. Pollard and Penske for doing such a fantastic job!

All i can say is 5 stars all around! From drop-off to pick-up these guys did a fantastic job. I was very careful in choosing the repair shop as the car I was having repaired was brand new ...still had the temporary plate and everything :(. Unfortunately, I am a lunatic when it comes to things being perfect and I knew that after the repair, had something been even the slightest bit imperfect, I would notice it and it would drive me crazy. Fortunately i chose Penske... its liket the accident never even happened. Beyond the immaculate bodywork, they were friendly, professional, timely, and updated me every couple of days with what was going on with the car. no surprises, just excellent work and good communication skills. PERFECTION at its finest. Good work guys!

Our experience at Penske was excellent. The craftsmanship of work was superb. And the service delivered by our adviser James Solem "JJ" was above and beyond. He kept us informed as the insurance process has been going on, and he delivered on all aspects where repairs work was needed. As a professional he has been motivated to deliver the highest possible quality service and communicated clearly with the insurance company what would it take to bring our car back to a perfect condition. We are very thankful! While I do not wish anybody to have a need to visit a collision center, if and when such need arises I would recommend Penske and particularly JJ as the adviser.
