The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I requested to cancel my membership and was told I would need to come in to fill out paperwork and set up a 30 day notice. After attempting to come in on 5 separate occasions (no one was at the facility to help), I left a note requesting to be called. When the person called to talk to me, he became very hostile, raising his voice and being very insulting. He then told me I was showing up at the wrong time of day and said I need to be there before 1 pm or after 4 pm, I told him that I was at the location the previous day at 1130AM and he said well that time is by appointment only. I then requested to have a time that I could come in at which point he then said that I just need to sign a piece of paper with a 30 day notice request and said he explained this to me previously (this was a lie as he specifically told me that I needed to physically fill out paperwork at the office in order to cancel). As I requested this, he then would not let me talk or help to schedule such an appointment. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

I wanted a no commitment no hassle gym but that isnt what Snap Fitness turned out to be. I went in with a two week free pass but was pressured into joining, and was told my first month was free. It still cost a lot to get out the door, with card fees and other misc fees. I was then set up an appointment to be shown how to use the equipment, at that appointment I was pressured to hire him as a personal trainer at a huge expense, and I wasnt trained or shown how to safely use equipment.Once I said no, he was through. On my visits to the gym staff was unelpful and unfriendly. I finally took my card in and cancelled my membership, to find out there is a 30 day cancellation required. I cancelled Jan 3rd, but was billed for January and Feb. What a scam! STAY AWAY... oh and way too much money for what they have to offer, no shower, no locker room, very bare bones.

I gave this place a chance but have been screwed over with over charging. I have tried to cancel 3 times! The 3rd time in person with a paper, luckily i still have the paper and i also have recorded audio. They just emailed tonight saying they will report me to collections. Im ready to hire a lawyer and put an end to this fraudulent business run by scumbags. I wouldnt do business here if you paid me. If I could give it negative stars i would.

The owner Kurt is very cool and greets everyone personally - very nice touch! Also - to the first review.. Not everyone likes gyms like LA Fitness or Lifetime. I hated both - they are meat markets and/or just like YMCA. Snap is perfect - I get in, do my thing and get out.. not a showy big box gym. It feels like a large home gym.. its great!

Was with Snap in Gilbert for years. I did the process of turning my a letter to cancel my membership with a 35 day notice (as explained to me only a 30 day notice is required) and I was billed for 2 months after that cancellation notice!!!! Others I have known from there have had the same problem. There is never a response from this place!

I went here for a couple of months while doing a shot term job. When I canceled my membership snap fitness continued to charge me, I texted the manager Jermi/JT. He fixed the problem and had the payment remburised. Its the best service Ive had from any kind of management from a gym in years.

Zero maintenance. Bolts falling out of equipment/saftey concern. Majority of padding is cracked. All trash cans spilling onto floor. This gym is poorly maintained. Not recommended

Customer service is poor. I tried cancelling numerous times to and finally had to call my bank to stop being charged. DONT GO. Its convenient but not worth it.
