Ive been here twice... once for myself last September, and once a month or two ago for my son. Both girls were friendly, the one who cut my sons hair even chatted with him about Pokemon the entire time, which of course he loved. I plan on returning for both of us this week . Edit...came back for myself 2mos ago and I wish I had gotten the girls name... it was an hour or so before closing and this girl was so rude. She turned down what I wanted, saying it wouldnt look good.. so I said ok, just cut a couple inches off, thin it out, and put a bunch of layers. She had a huge attitude when someone else walked in and told him she would be closing soon super rudely. It left a sour taste in my mouth but whatever. I wasnt shown the back of my head and ALWAYS have my hair up so it literally took me 2 months to see what she has done to one layer she did give me. I was getting my hair colored somewhere else today and was shown what an awful choppy, uneven, blunt ugly job this girl from supercuts had done on me. I shouldve asked her to show it to me when she was done cutting it but had to get out of there.. I will never go back. Im so glad I found this new place to do my hair and fix what she had done to it.

Took my boys here for a haircut. Empty waiting room and know why now. Employee was generally rude. Lacked basic customer service and seemed inconvenienced to actually have to get up off of seat to work. Had pics of how hair was supposed to be cut from previous haircuts and seemed thoroughly confused and butchered their hair. Wont be back.

They always judge you for whatever hairstyle you ask for. I felt like I was being judged for wanting to go with a nice, shaved head for summer. Will not be returning.
