So, the staff is nice. Hair cuts are fine. But this is my 3rd attempt at an appointment for my kids (who are not patient), and theres really no point. People who have come in after us have been helped before my 2nd kid was seen, and people who walked in the same time as us were still seen before us despite the set appointment time. As long as youve got time to sit, and are just doing a walk in, fine enough place. Appointments are really just more of a suggestion and not an actual thing. Ive been here an hour (since my actual appointment time), and still waiting for my second child to be seen. To put it in perspective. **update** ended up walking out without my 2nd childs haircut. Drove across the street to great Clips with an online check in (done as I was walking out), walked in to another gentleman checking in, but we were seated first because of the online apt made. This is how it should work. We will go to great Clips from now on. The $2 difference in cost without a coupon was beyond worth it.

Ive been coming to this location for over a year and Ive really loved my experience (obviously so). This location is open an hour later than other FS locations in the area, so it really made it more convenient since I work later than most people during the week. The storefront is also a lot cleaner than other locations. From what Ive found, all of the staff has a friendly, confident attitude and provides great cuts. I always like to establish rapport with at least one stylist so she knows what I like and the oddities of my hair! Thats where Becca comes in. Ive been seeing her for about a year and not only are her cuts fantastic, she provides me with practical advice on my hair when I would contemplate changing something. She notices the little things and that gives me great personal insight for what Im trying to achieve. After that, its just easy-going, fun conversation the rest of the time! Thank YOU for making haircuts something fun to look forward to!

Ive been going to this facility for over a year. I like that I get everything done from color, highlights, cut and style as Im usually going somewhere afterwards and like to look presentable. Ive had the same hairstyle for many years and I grew up in the 70s so I call it "Feathering" and had a difficult time finding anyone who could do what I asked for this cut. Becca knows exactly what to do and always takes great care in making sure she doesnt cut too much at one time and if I need it shorter, she has no problem cutting a little more off. Shes very quick and nothing is ever a problem. Great listener and wonderful conversationalist with a heart of gold.

I will NEVER EVER go here! My son was dropped off by his father to get a cut and my son is bi-racial. He is absolutely gorgeous and you would never really think he was bi-racial except for his big curls. Which ive always loved! Well the lady butchered his hair!!! He had to go to High School the next day he had his Junior Prom, so you could imagine how unhappy I was!! I ended up getting him an appt "Thank You God" with a barber who is a friend of the family who was able to fix the nightmare. I know it hair grows back but WOW did she know what a #2 was and what school did she go too?? Never again!!

So upset, waiting 20 minutes for my kids to get their haircuts when another customer was waiting for her haircut and then asked to add in her child and they let her cut in line! That is awful when there are other people waiting a long time. She should have put her sons name in when she put her name in. I will never return due to the stylists allow that to happen.

After being told it would be a half hour wait, which was fine, we were still waiting after an hour. We were apologized to after Tandice gave my son a great cut. They also gave my daughter a bouncy ball even though she didnt get her hair cut. Saved themselves in the end.

Some of the stylist have the worst attitudes! They dont strike conversation and when they do its like they dont want to have an actual conversation. Horrible people skills. I like very few people here!
