I have been going here regularly for about 2-3 years. I have I received a bad hair cut from them once or twice since I have been there? No, however there have been small mistakes done that they are more than willing to correct and get right if you ask on the same visit which is why I give it 4/5, cause they are not perfect. However, that being said below are 2 reviews straight out of the crazies list. Haha, why are you complaining about getting bad hair cuts for YEARS on end? I call B.S. Ms. Sparks. You know and I know that after 3 mishaps you would have gone across the road to the Super Cuts next door if that were true. But you didnt....you kept coming back to the same place. Dont over exaggerate your story simply to drive business away since you had ONE bad experience and raged about it. This place does well, is willing to work with you on same visit to fix it, and if you cant due to time WILLING TO REFUND YOU...key word there is same visit. This is a service they provide. There is no numbers, or figures or data to compare to and look back at if you dont like your hair cut the next day. Services need to be dealt with at time of service. If you dont like the quality of the service, dont pay for it. Simple as that. lol, people are so silly with their false reviews.

I went in and I wanted layers and face framers....pretty basic and pretty simple, im not too picky when it comes to this stuff. But one thing I do need is for the haircut to at least be even!!! It was so messed up I had to go back in and the manager redid it...she even admitted that there wasnt much she could do with it since it was such a bad cut. It wasnt the same length on each side and the back had like a severe angle to it (instead of being straight across). My son who always sits very still for his haircuts even had to be redone. It was so ridiculously uneven. Even though they fixed both cuts (to the best of their ability - i still look like an 80s pop star and my sons cut had to be a lot shorter than normal) I dont think I will be returning.

Disappointed in the product. The stylist was very nice and thorough but unfortunately the color product was awful. Less than 2 weeks later and its fading. I had an easy color... (N1)black to cover my grays. As I said the area that was colored is now a light brown ( so I have long black strands that fade to brown and then gray, its hideous) and it is still bleeding color horrendously every time I wash. I am using special color treated hair shampoos and its still bleeding. I do not have resistant grays and I have been coloring my gray to my natural black for years now and have never had this issue. I will NOT be returning. Almost 100$ down the drain and I cant even get a call back from the manager.

Do not waste your time and money - not only will they give you a bad haircut repeatedly but when you go in to discuss the bad haircut, you will get excuses instead of customer service. Weve gone there rather regularly for over 3 years and each bad experience has been explained away but today, when the manager wanted to argue about how bad a haircut was even after I told her it wasnt about the money but rather about needing a good haircut for my son, Im done. She got $9 more dollars but that will be the last $9 of mine they will see. hopefully I save you from the same irritation and frustration. There are plenty of cheap haircut places around - go to them, leave these guys to someone else.

Love this Fantastic Sams. Very professional and courteous staff. I always feel I need to pay more. Gosh all the years I spent $60 for a hair cut before the tip! This is a gift and the services are as good or better than salons that charge you a lot more. Anything you dont like just say so and they will jump through hoops to make you happy. Reading some of these reviews just shows that no matter how hard you try you cant make all people happy all of the time. When people are dissatisfied it is usually because of a break down in communication. If I am trying something new, I take pictures of the style I am trying to achieve.

I went to this Fantastic Sams to get a standard shampoo and haircut which should have cost $14. My stylist asked if I wanted to have it blow dried and I told her "Its up to you; if you have time." She proceed to say "Well its up to you." Never did she mention it would cost me almost $20 more! Not only that, but my hair was still damp when I left! I had to finish drying it when I got home. I called the next morning to speak with the manager, but he said there was nothing he could about it because the job was already done. So be advised, these people will try to rip you off!

I had an issue at another Fantastic Sams location and posted a comment. I was contacted by manager Jennifer from the Chandler Fantastic Sams. She showed such sincere concern that I wasnt happy with the color results and directed me to Rebecca (assistant mgr) at the Chandler location who took care of the problems. Weeks later I returned and had Rebecca color and cut my hair again. I love the color and cut I received. I will return again and highly recommend Rebecca and the Chandler Fantastic Sams! One of the most professional and friendliest Hair Salons Ive ever used.

PLEASE READ! I came in for a simple trim and walked out -10”. Yes, 10 inches! And if that wasn’t enough, Kiley cut my hair so bad that they’re using my picture as a training tool. I have since, went to a reputable salon, in the hopes they could do something. However, It was impossible to blend the random chops without “cutting more hair”. Before I went to Kiley and Fantastic Sam’s, my hair was in the middle of my back; now it sit’s behind ear. I hope you see this review before thinking about going to Fantastic Sam’s. “YOU CAN’T TAKE BACK A BAD HAIRCUT”

I have been having my hair cut and colored here for well over a year. Serena is my usual go-to, but when I am desperated and shes not available, someone else will do it. I have never had an issue and the price is definitely right.

I never have a problem. They cut my amazing every time and they even do my sons hair. He is only 2 and obviously doesnt sit still and they still do an amazing job. Love it. I never go anywhere else.

The stylist that cut my hair was not nice, she seemed disappointed she had to cut my hair. She was stuck up, I will never cut my hair at this Fantastic Sams again.
