There is a Groupon that has been out for some time and is currently still available for eyelash extensions at this salon. Do NOT purchase this. Ive read a similar review to mine in that the lady didnt show up to an appointment. I called to arrange my appointment from my home phone. I made certain that the technician would be available before I bought the Groupon as I am a jazz singer and had a performance the weekend after my appointment. I showed up to discover that the technician had cancelled our appointment due to the fact that I hadnt replied to her TEXT messages she sent to my home phone asking me to confirm the appointment I had already scheduled. Luckily I was able to find a friend that could fit me in for some extensions last minute, but I was incredibly disappointed with my experience here. Groupon was great and refunded my money, but be aware that you might not ever be seen for the services you paid for here.

Everyone here is very friendly! Ill keep coming back for haircuts (Shar did mine, she is awesome). The steam pedicure is a nice idea, but just doesnt cut it for $25. The valve pumping steam into the barrel was angled weird and kept burning my leg while my toes were cold at the bottom. After turning down the heat and trying to move the valve a few times, I just ended up propping my feet up against the inside of the barrel, which was fine with me because it was so awkward trying to roll my feet over the foot massager "pedal" (still came out with ugly red burn marks on my calves). Also, no one offered to put essential oils in there like the website says! The massage chair was so-so. Having Tanisha scrub my feet felt nice, but like someone else said, I could have done better with my pumice stone at home; I still had rough heels coming out of there.

This place is a little bit out priced, and a friend of mine just went in to get her hair to a dark blonde, they bleached her hair out to Platinum Blonde and told her they wouldnt fix it after she was already $95 dollars in the hole with them. Being a cosmetologist, I know that to get her hair to a darker blonde its simply putting a toner over the blonde to put it to the color she is wanting. Over a $5 color they are threatening court because she did not want to pay the money because they were unhelpful and she left unsatisfied. This is Unexceptable customer service.

I had the BEST experience at Beautylicious Salon! I made my decision to go to this salon based on other good reviews and my visit there did not disappoint. Lauren cut and styled my hair and did a GREAT job!! She was so friendly and nice!! I also had a conversation with the owner who was one of the nicest people I have ever met!!! Sometimes its intimidating to go into salons because some stylists are cold and snobish but I did not get that feeling at Beautylicious at all! I will get my hair done there from now on.

Never go to this salon. I went to get my eyebrows waxed, I showed up and everything was ready for me and I loved that I didnt have to wait. Then..... She burnt me with the wax She pinched me with the tweezers at least 5 times She gave me the worst eye brow shape in the world and when I asked her to fix it she messed it up even more. Im not even sure this girl had a beauty license because of her lack of skill and knowledge.

I absolutely LOOOOOOVEEEE this place! I came here with terrible skin and their aesthetician (Heather) has helped me sooo much! Ive only had three sessions with her so far and my skin looks so much better already! Also their prices are very affordable and everyone who works there is so friendly and actually listen to your needs. I totally recommend this place, it is the best salon Ive been to in Utah.

I have super long, thick hair. Which gives most salons a fit when they see it. Cassidee didnt bat an eye while she worked on giving me a cut and color for my upcoming wedding where Im going to be a bridesmaid. It literally saved my life, since Id had a bad experience at a different salon so there was some color fixing and straightening that had to be done as well. Thanks!

Every time I go into Beautylicious, Im treated like I belong there. The staff are extremely nice, and treat me with respect. I leave feeling like I look awesome, and thats because I know that I do thanks to Sharolyn and her team of aestheticians. Granted, I dont get pedicures and manicures and whatnot, but you get what I mean.

I was here when it was still Beautylicious, and it was OK, but under the new ownership, Shala has made the space beautiful, clean, and organized. She knows her way around a head of hair and you really feel like shes passionate about what she does as a business owner and as a stylist. Love this place.

The staff worked around my schedule to get me in for an appointment. I appreciate the good service. You can get everything you need in one stop: haircut, color, lashes, spray tans, and you can even buy your beauty supplies in their store! You must stop by next time you are in Utah County!!

The experience was nice. They did a decent job on my kids hair, but I did have to point out some blending issues and one of the kids had uneven lines. With all the high star ratings I was expecting a little more. I would rate the shop as average.

Cassidee gave me a cut/color, deep condition, and spray tan. My hair looks so much healthier and natural! The color was exactly what I wanted. The spray tan wasnt streaky or too orange and I left feeling amazing! Thank you Cassidee!!!!!
