Ive had good experiences with this salon in the past, but lately, they cant seem to get it together. I had to go in twice at my last appointment to fix the trim I got and this most recent visit I called in on my way in to set up an appointment, which the front desk girl informed me they were dead slow. I asked her to please put me in so that I could get in quickly as I only had so much time to get a hair cut today. When I arrive, they informed me that they had a bunch of walk ins and Id have to wait a few moments. Well, 45 minutes later, and now there is no time for me to stick around for my service. Im seriously dissatisfied with the complete lack of professionalism and the fact that they never even put my name in when I called to make an appointment when they were slow. I wont be returning here.

Saw Stephanie a week ago. Asked for a touch up of my hair that I tried to fix after another stylist, who charged 3x as much, did a terrible job. A complicated, almost anime style, only to be achieved in a time consuming dry cut with lots of layers through super thick hair. That and to fix the work of another stylist with a picky client, a challenge!! Stephanie gave me the best cut I have had in years. She didnt try to up sell me anything I didnt want and took her time. Probably took 2x as long as everyone else and was complex. I am glad I went here after all the bad cuts I got at the Tempe location. THANK YOU SO MUCH STEPHANIE, you are so talented and a great listener! You are my hair dresser for now on, I finally love my hair.

Any time I need hair care whether it be just a trim up to a perm or color and highlights, the location at Gilbert & Baseline is my choice. Its convenient to my home, but I love the girls there. We laugh and joke and Ive been to Marci and LoriLynn for my styling needs so far. Everyone is personable, friendly and whomever the stylist is that Im seeing that day, she is interested in what I want done with my hair and makes it happen. I cant see any reason to go anyplace else to get my hair done. Everyone should go there whether youre in that plaza to hit Michaels, Trader Joes, Starbucks or lunch at Peter Piper Pizza!! Its centrally located in there with all of them.

Wife was super excited to finally be able to get a change to her look and spent hours looking for the perfect style and color. When we arrived she showed the stylist exactly what she wanted. We understand that the style/color doesnt always come out the same as photos but we were assured by her stylist that she could do it. Not only was the cut completely different but the color was not even close to the pictures. When we asked if there was anything that could be done to remedy the situation the salon manager refused to assist us. We had to go to another company to have the mistake fixed.

Horrible! Got a very bad haircut - not blended in on the sides at all. Clumps of dark hair were left and the hairdresser said nothing could be done about it - it will eventually blend in on its own. NOT! Went to another hair salon and they knew exactly how to fix it. Tried to resolve this with the Arizona Hair Co and get a refund on my credit card. They said their policy doesnt permit them to do so. Too bad! Never going back!

My wife just came home in tears. Worst experience she has ever had with her hair. When someone pays you to cut their hair you cut it the way they ask not the way you want. My wifes hair is unfixable because of what her stylist did to it. She couldnt even,shave the under part like she wanted because the stylist did such a horrible job. Leave your personal problems at the door when you go to work!

Marcia at the Gilbert location cut my hair. I asked for long layers and she gave me short "bob" layers at the top and from shoulders down, its straight and no layers. Im so upset that she cut the top layer so short and honestly dont know what she envisioned. I showed her a picture and it looks NOTHING like the picture, unfortunately.

I went in for a complete color correction. I had lots of box colors on my hair and wanted to be completely blonde. Lorylynn was fabulous and took her time to make me happy. I spent many hours there and all of the girls were positive, bubbly, fun and kept me entertained! I will never go to another salon again!

I wont ever go back to this salon first of all the stylist didnt even give a good shampoo, my haircut is all uneven, she cut off 5inches when I asked for just 2inches off, and she had NO PERSONALITY she didnt say one word to me but bye! And the salon can also b updated! I see y the prices r so low

Jess is absolutely a gem. I went in for the first time a year ago after having a disappointing and expensive experience at another salon. Jess has such a beautiful knowledge of style and has the ability to create exactly what youre looking for. Love and miss going here!

I came in without an appointment on a Saturday and they were able to help me within minutes. I just got a wash and trim and the stylist was very conversational and polite. She gave me her card so I could request her if I liked how she cut my hair.

Love Erika !! Love my hair ! Wonderful skills. She shaped my hair so precisely it grew out beautiful. I just moved here 1.5yr. ago and I have returned to her 3-4 times for hair colours cuts style etc.. Thank you Erica.....Megan is sweet also. :-)

The best salon Ive been to in a very long time! Great, clean & fun environment. My color came out awesome. I was hesitant with what I wanted but the stylist made me feel comfortable and did exactly what I wanted. I wont be going any where else :)

I got a hair cut earlier today (faded on the sides and a bear trim) and I thought it came out well. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner they used better than the junk I normally get and may have to stop back in to pick up some.
