To be nice...since I was close to the end of their shift...I gave them a call at 5:35 and mentioned that I would be in by 5:50. They close at 6. The lady mentioned since theres one more person ahead of me she cant take me. If the business is open till 6 I should be able to get service if Im there before that. I can understand if its slammed with 5 people ahead of me but just got the feel she just wasnt looking forward to provide a haircut. Disappointing. First time I had tried going on time they had a huge wait and I was told "yeah its an hour wait at least...are you still interested?" Probably wont go there again

unfortunately, I had an appointment today at 3p. when I showed up 10min early the stylist/manager wasnt there(who I had scheduled with). I looked at their books to make sure I was on it and I was, I asked to call her and the lady there said she doesnt answer her phone I have to text her...so I did ...15 min later no answer I then called, no asnswr left a vm. 2 1/2 hours later, still no cb. Im VERY disappointed in her and her unprofessionalism. I will NOT be returning to her or the store.

I looked at the hours online that state the close at 9pm. I arrived at 6:45pm this evening. Where I was Rudely informed that they close at 7pm. And then was turned away for my sons hair cut. So I guess its okay to not work the 15mins. Will not be returning.
