Worst experience ever! If I can give zero star I would! We went in for our sons first haircut and specifically asked for a stylist who was experienced with kid haircut. We were assigned a guy named Angelo and he was so impatient with my son and complained about how he moved around so much that he could only do so much. He is only 1 year old! When I pointed out that the haircut was uneven he was like:" you will need to sign a release form because I may cut him with the scissor if I cut more." That never happened with my older daughter when we took her to Cartoon Cut in our previous town. She actually cried a lot but the staff was so patient and tried their best. There were no Cartoon Cut near us so we went to Fantastic Sams that near us. My son did well and didnt cry but the stylist was just horrible! I was hoping for a nice experience because my son only get one FIRST haircut. I am now beyond upset. We will never come back.

My daughter went in to get her hair colored and spent $184 to do so. After 4 days she washed her hair and all of the color came out. She returned to Fantastic Sams to tell them about it, and was told by the new colorist that the other colorist did not do the job right. She had it redyed, waited over a week to wash her hair this time, and again all of the color came out. This was not the color she wanted, nor was it the color in the picture she showed the colorists both times. She went back for a 3rd time and informed the owner she was not satisfied and asked for a refund of services. The owner told her they do not do refunds. It is sad that my daughter who saved her hard earned money for such an expensive job, and received such dissatisfaction.

My teenager was assisted by angelo. My sons hair had no style, no blend angelo did not follow my comments on how i wanted my sons hair. Its a simple kids haircut ith a bit of trim on top and my son ended up with a very very short uneven hair that was just cut by a razor machine all one length. And, he kept telling my son to not move, he was immobile the whole time and then gave me a hard time as i rounded up my 15.99 charge to 16.00 if it wasnt a tip. Seriously, no Im a 20%tiper but to who deserves it. I would love my money back especially since now my son is wearing a cap and he cant get is hair glued back on. Awful

Walked in with an idea in my head, turns out the stylist didnt care! The heavy-set dark haired woman ignored what I had asked for and pulled out the buzzer. Ironic that when I voice my uncertainty on the style she says "wait until someone compliments you!", I literally walked over to safeway to grab some things, the cashier actually asked me if I was on my way back over to finish the haircut... Also, while trimming my sideburns, she shaved part of my beard and now there is a noticeable gap between both.

These brain dead old crows not only lack basic haircut skills, they are extremely rude and cannot spell simple, common names like Benjamin. They also lack the skills to simply enter a name into their system; pretty common required task at every salon. I stopped in once and will never suffer through the awful old woman banter or rudeness again. Go anywhere else in Fountain Hills before coming here.

i would give a big zero if i could!!! where do i start.fastest hair cut i got sense being in the military.did not ask how i would like my hair done, started using the clippers right away, i always get scissor cut.also dont request anyone if u have a coupon they will not let you use it.i couldnt make this up.check it out for yourself.its a joke needless to say i am finished with this place.

Horrible.This place is horrible. Worst hair color. Come To find out I had a huge dark spot on the back of my head! This place is trash. How could they miss a huge spot. Never again. One of the hair dressers brag that how their child is a call girl. Save yourself the trouble and expense!
