My wife went in for an appointment this past weekend her appointment was at 2pm and they did not start her services until 2:45. She then sat and waited for quite some time and was left in what she called foils for almost an hour as the stylist was bouncing between clients. She was then left at the sink for another 15-20 mins. Meanwhile I was texting her to find out where she was and why things were taking so long. She stated she has never been at a hair salon for that long in her entire life! We had a family function going on that had started at 4pm. By this time it was well after 4. She finally got done and went to pay and was then charged an absurd amount for her hair services. We have not yet been able to call and complain to the manager due to the salon being closed until Tuesday. After looking online at what they charge for services we cannot figure out why she was charged so much unless they charged her for HER time and for shampoo and blow dry which salons do automatically. The complimentary shoulder and hand massages were a joke and used as a decoy due to her time having to sit and wait. Needless to say she showed up to our family function at 5:45 after spending nearly 3/12 hours at this place for mediocre service. She will not be returning to this salon and unless you have a day to spare would not recommend it.

It seems that every time i go there to pick up a product, they are typically closed. Today, I went after work, a little after 7 and was pleased to see the lights were on. As Im walking toward the door, the woman inside went to the door and locked it before i could enter. So, thats it! Im done with them. They have ridiculous hours and when that lady saw me coming and rushed to lock the door, i decided from now on I would rather drive an extra 10 miles to San Tan Mall and get my products there. Oh, i just checked their hours and they are supposed to stay open until 8 on Thursdays! Not good customer service!

Atmosphere and service are relaxing and enjoyable, but I feel my time is not respected. I had scheduled a 30 minute facial and brow shaping I was at salon 1 hour and 45 minutes. This is not the first time I have been kept waiting and service was slow. I am not sure I will return.

Great place! All of the staff was friendly, nice atmosphere and such a deal for what you get. Larissa did a great job and I will be back to see her soon!
