Usually I have a great experience, but today it was terrible. Maddie was extremely rushed because it was almost 8:00. It was pretty obvious by the way she was bumping my head with the shears, going way to fast, and didnt give me a wash/rinse. Over all the costumer service was poor and it was not appreciated. Update: I thought I would give this location one more try and the service was great! The manager cut my hair and I am very satisfied with my experience.

I went in with a special needs friend to get his hair cut and they were VERY rude to him and the lady was mad the entire time. She was very bothered that she had to cut his hair and asked multiple people in front of my face, if they would cut his hair instead. I felt this was extremey horrible of them to do. I will never go to fantastic Sams again.

Horrible location. Asked for nothing off the top with no blending and couldnt even get that right. Over charged me also and made excuses for the charge saying it was for blending it when I asked for no blending! Whats the point of telling us you make notes so we dont have to tell you every time when you dont take the time to read it.

I called to see how long the wait would be and they said they could get me right in. I immediately drove to the location and there six others in front of me that had been waiting there already. I felt that it was dishonest. They should do an online check in so we dont waste time in the waiting room.

This is a great place to get your hair cut and colored! The stylists are friendly! They work well with difficult children! They are patient when you just cant decide what you want! My favorite stylist is Kira she does a great job and loves what she does! Thanks Fantastic Sams in North Orem!
