For many years I have recommended and used Chapel of the Chimes for funeral services. They have always been compassionate and understanding with me and the people I have sent to them. UNTIL TODAY. I dont know why the funeral director today got on her high horse, but she was rude and nasty to me. I wanted to see my friend because I wont be able to attend the viewing tonight or the service tomorrow and, if she could have thrown me out of the building she would have. If youre looking for a soft, sincere, compassionate place to hold a funeral service, I suggest you find another place other than the Chapel of the Chimes.
