Our family had the pleasure of working with Jonathan for my Grandfathers interment. He was so helpful to us during the roughest time of preparing things after a death, and the other support staff was just as good when I had calls from them. I didnt feel any of the staff had that soft, calm tone of voice that just conveys a sense of fake caring. They actually just care that the job is done right and for a price you are comfortable with paying. The original mortuary was charging a huge amount of money and the people we were dealing with werent even getting our names, or even the name and gender of my Grandfather correct when they called us. I have already highly recommended Jonathan and Advantage Colonial to friends that will be losing loved ones in the near future and will continue to do so. Thanks for all you guys do...it was very much appreciated!
