What an amazing place and staff!! Troy was with me every step of the way! I was literally watching my dad fading away and I had no direction or idea on what to do once he passed. I called Troy to just understand what I should do and he was so informative, caring, and patient with me. Unfortunately, my dad passed the day after I talked to him.... I was in another world and so sad, so I did all I could think of and called Troy he was so caring and told me to take as much time I needed and he would come to hospice when hospice called. When he came he was so caring and sweet! And from there he just continued extreme care with my dad and my family. He was so responsive any time I contacted him, he was patience especially when certain details to the service would change, and always there to just talk it through! The service was beautiful and Troy plus Polly were by my side with encouraging words and support! The funeral home is so beautiful and amazing! Our family is so blessed to have the care from the family at Richardson! Thank you!

We didnt have a service here in AZ but did have the comfort of knowing Troy and Polly were there to take care of things. I researched in a very short time the funeral homes in the area we could use to take care of arrangements for our Dad after his passing. Troy was very comforting and handled taking care of Dad after his passing..handled all permits..death certificates and getting Dad to Connecticut so we could bring him home for burial.
