The west side FINALLY has an amazing Pilates Studio! Check out all the benefits that Club Pilates Arrowhead has waiting for you! Class sizes are never larger than 12 people, they are at varying fitness levels and workout types. The best part is that everyone feels welcome no matter your goals, age, man, woman, etc. This facility along with all the instructors will make reaching your health goals easy and fun. Try out the demo class that is FREE on Sundays from 12-12:30pm.
