They seemed pretty nice and caring at first, but after filling up the truck (2 gallons over what the gauge and the paper that recommends how much is needed) they told me I needed to go fill up again. I was pretty annoyed but I went and put in another gallon. Suddenly the meter shot up well over the mark of where it was supposed to be. So I came back and asked that the money be returned to me. The assistant treated me like dirt and said it didnt matter and that he "had no experience with the trucks". So they wasted my time by sending me out and some money. I could care less about the money, but I would just like to be treated better. And when I returned the truck, the guy who got it rammed into me to get me out of the way when I got out of the truck. Super weird experience. I definitely wouldnt recommend using this U-Haul location but its your call.

The Shack Hunter

I have used U-Haul twice now and both times I have had issues with the gas amounts. When I received the trucks on both occasions the contracts said that they would have full gas tanks and neither time did they actually have full gas tanks and I was forced to pay to have them filled myself. The second and last time I used U-Haul, I went 9 miles and the manager still said I needed to fill the truck up which was another 4 gallons on top of the 1 gallon I already put in after using the truck saying that I should have checked the gas tank before I left and disputed the wrong gas meter then... Common sense should tell you that in 9 miles a truck doesnt use 5 gallons of gas. Which of course I explained to him but he still said I had to fill it up... Wont use them again. Trucks worked great though both times which is why I am giving the 2 star rating.

At first they were a friendly staff but when you make the customer verify the gas gauge before leaving, its a sneaky way to get extra money out of the customer. Never got the van at full and upon checkout was told it will cost $12 or I can go fill it up myself. It shot way past the F mark for 6 miles of actual driving. and I only put 2 gallons in. After explaining this to the desk, I get Well we always say to check the gas before leaving. Not happy with this place and after two bad experiences with uhaul in general, they have lost a customer. Feel free to go here just make sure you CHECK THE GAS before leaving.

Do not use this place I was done using my storage unit and tried to call to cancel numerous times as I could not make it in to do personally and they kept putting me on hold till finally my account got charged and then they finally spoke with me and said they couldnt do anything for me Ive been moved out of my unit for 3 weeks now and the employee just laughed when I explained

Luv it here plus I used to work here for 4yrs. Excellent customer service employees are very experienced they have propane an 2 different storages one in doors an one out side. I would still recommend to anyone. Maybe not so much since I dont work there anymore since I did make the place like home. But theyre all family to me.

They put you on hold for a very long time, because they do not have a dedicated phone person. I was on hold for 10 minutes before they hung up on me and when I called back, he said he would call me back in 15 minutes. Its not very convenient, but hopefully the savings on employee costs get passed on to us.

Had some problems with the storage reservation, 3 phone calls had to be made to get it right. Pay almost $30 more for the same size unit but a different door which I think is ridiculous. I gave it two stars not zero or one because the truck return went very quick and smooth.

Bought propane received fast and friendly service. This location rents various trucks, trailers, pick ups for moving. They have moving boxes, all things needed. They also install hitches and install wiring for tail light function while pulling loads.

Staff here is very friendly. Hands full with a kid, team was not that busy and all carried boxes out to my car and loaded them without even asking. Great team, clean store, and helpful. Greatly appreciated their help and making things easier for me.

Everything was perfect. Simply took away 2 stars due to a worker cursing us when we dropped off the trailer. Our windows were down as we drove away and I heard him call us "f***ing idiots". He crossed a line of professionalism. Watch your mouth.

Good staff but sometimes the line can be long as well as the wait when you need service. They offer climate control storage as well as non climate controlled storage. Truck rentals of all types, as well as all the typical U-Haul accessories.

Loved that any questions were answered promptly and the customer service I received was fantastic. They are a little overpriced but i was willing to pay a little more for a place that has a better set up

they double charged me more than once and then when i try to have them fix it they tell me that i need to call my bank because it is no longer there problem (words from the supervisor)
