This 5 star review is well deserved. My daughter and her friends, who are college students in AZ, contacted Paul to store their belongings over the Summer. My daughter told me hel was very kind , patient, and thoroughly explained the entire process. I was very impressed and decided to give Paul a call to let him know how much I appreciated the great service he gave my daughter and her friends. In speaking to Paul he told me that Uncle Bobs offers a free truck to new customers. This was such a huge help and certainly made the moving process so much more bearable. Once again Paul was beyond helpful and very thorough. When I went to pick up the truck and had the pleasure of meeting him I was even more impressed. The facility is very nice and clean, the truck was in good condition and Paul was a true delight to deal with. The customer service world needs more people like Paul. A true gentleman who takes pride in what he does and as a customer he made me feel like this was money well spent. I will be suggesting Uncle Bobs Storage on 59th Ave to any and everyone. Thanks again Paul and see you in August!

I have stored at this location a few times over the years and have always had a great experience. The staff has always been nothing but accomadating. They are very honest and trust worthy. The first time I stored I was not "required" to have insurance, they strongly recommended I did but, for the same reasons I have homeowners insurance. The last time I stored I did have to have either homeowners insurance or take their insurance. Pretty much common sense though. Unfortunately things happen but I have never had anything happen any of the times I have stored. This facility is a very clean well maintained property. I was able to ge the free truck rental when I moved in. I would rather pay/store where I know my belongings are going to be safe than take a chance on some "cheaper" place. As far as I am concerned Uncle Bobs is the Mercedes of storage.

Due to numerous moves over the years, I have had my fair share of storage units. NOONE beats Uncle Bobs Storage!!! The facility is always clean and their staff is TOP NOTCH! The Store Manager, Christine is one-of-a-kind. Shes friendly, generous and is always willing to help with your questions. The special they ran of "Name Your Price" for the first month is exactly what they mean. I chose an amazing low price due to my circumstances and they said "no problem". I have recommended them to everyone I know. I would definitely use them time and again over all their competition. You just cant beat their prices, their friendly and helpful staff and the way they treat their customers. They truly are the BEST OF THE BEST!!!!

THIS PLACE SHOULD HAVE TEN STARS!!!!! * * * * * * * * * * the units are VERY nice..all with great cylinder locks..very clean and a lot of cameras in good location and you have great access to your unit..BUT most of all the property manager PAUL..hes THE BEST what a genuine nice man..He really cares about this property and it shows..he also was right there to step in and help us with our storage solutions fast and quick..We were so impressed..no comparison to the other types of storage units we have ever used. All I can say is as my husband and I drove away we both said YAY.. (^_^)/ ..thank you!

last week i made reservations @ uncle bobs storage (N. 59 the Ave Glendale, Az), but was not very clear on the policies. when i came to the facility i met with Jesse T. & he was very courteous, polite, & professional. he took his time & explained the requirements/policies of the storage facility. but most importantly, he had patience with me asking many questions. when i needed a larger storage unit he also made it very a smooth transition with very little cost!! i have not dealt with others from this facility as of yet, but i hope they are as courteous & professional as well!!

Ive been storing with Uncle Bobs for a few months now and Id have to say that this place is great! The prices are low for the amount of space that I got compared to the storage places I visited. The facility is very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What surprised me even more was the fact that after maybe my second visit the staff already remembered me and my name like had been storing there for years. To me, customer service can make or break a store and this place will have my business as long as I have storage needs.

My sister and I had to store some of our Mothers belongings because she went into an Assisted Living facility. The manager was very helpful to the size of storage we needed and suggested a unit at the front of the grounds with climate control. The grounds and interior building was always kept clean. How nice that they sell packing supplies and have a truck to use to move items to the storage facility. The manager has always returned my phone calls promptly and was courteous. I would recommend this particular Uncle Bobs to anyone.

This was my 3rd experience using a storage facility and by far the best. Its the little things that make a difference, and Uncle Bobs pays attention to the details. PROFESSIONALISM: From my first phone call and throughout 2 years of use, they were always courteous and helpful. OPTIONS: They have several different configurations that provide maximum storage for varying needs. CLEANLINESS: Every time I visited, the place was pristine, and everything was in working order. Great experience. Almost hated to leave.

A Great Place to store your stuff and have Peace of Mind. I was new in AZ. and needed a place to store some stuff in a storage. I chose Uncle Bob for its good location, clean, convenient and situated in a relatively good neighborhood. Staff is very friendly, courteous and ready to attend to your storage needs. Its worth to drop by for a visit. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I had a friend who recommended this Uncle Bobs to me and it was a great decision. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the premises are clean and user friendly. I need peace of mind that my belongings and safe and secure and I have that now. I felt the staff cared as much about the security and safety my belongings as I do, and if thats what youre looking for I cannot recommend this location enough.

Jesse the Assistant Manager is the best! He knows the fundamentals of customer service and will do anything for his clients. He saved me a few bucks by allowing me to move to a cheaper unit after the 1st even though I was wrong and he didnt have to. I also feel more secure with my belongings here than my apartment, clean with many cameras and security. I promise you cannot go wrong with this location.

I have stored my stuff at Uncle Bobs for over 2 years now and it is truley been a positive experiance! They have washed my door to keep it clean for me ( and everyone else) yes I said they wash my door on my unit! They take great pride in keeping the property clean. The office staff is always so nice to work with! It is good to see a company that has great customer service! Keep up the great work!
