My Family & I moved down from Utah recently. We were looking for a place to store our items. We price matched all of the ones doing specials and found at every location there was a "gotcha" clause with them. So I called Cactus Storage; even though they didnt offer a free month off I was still impressed by their pricing. I would recommend them to anyone. I could only recommend that they be open a couple of hours longer on a couple of nights for me to get my things; instead before 7pm. I dont see why they couldnt. Its not like they have to have someone there since I only key into a pad to get in. Just saying.

Very friendly and professional staff and managers. Managers have been very helpful with my move-in this month. My units upon move-in were very clean, as well as the office and restroom. Roadways are also kept clean of metal, which is important as I visit my four units several times a week. I would recommend Cactus Storage to anyone. I would give the managers 5 stars. I continue to be amazed how professional and helpful the staff have been at Cactus Storage. They are always ready to help you. I will continue recommending Cactus Storage to anyone.

My husband and I rented an RV space here today. I have been a manager in the Self Storage business for over 18 years. The rates were compable to other storages. The manager and assist. mgr. were very friendly and polite. They went out of of their way to make sure the RV space was easily accessable, as we are novices to the RV life. I would highly recommend them. My son also stores with them, so it is now a family affair.

After using several storage facilities and dealing with such horrible management, we expected to have the same experience at Cactus Storage. WE WERE WRONG! After discovering we needed an extra storage unit, they helped us get into a second storage without hassle and without costing us an arm and a leg. They served us water while we moved in and even stopped by to chat. Id recommend them any day!

The staff at Cactus self storage makes a laborious and annoying task more enjoyable. Every experience I have had with them makes up my mind again and again that this is the only storage facility I will use from now on. Cactus Self Storage is reasonable priced.Always Clean and friendly staff. Especially Management Al & Debbie Alavarez . I have on a few ocassions not noticed a few safety issues with my trailer and the AL had brought it to my attention and his experience in the industry has been very helpfull to identify my potential problem and possible break down.

I called and a receptionist told me the place was open until 6pm on Saturdays, which was confirmed by the website, the sign outside, and the answering machine. When I arrived at 5:50 with a Uhaul truck full of stuff, no one was here and no one answered the phone. This early closure ended up costing me time and money. Thats simply bad business.

Very clean units available, regardless of size I was looking for. Easy path for truck and trailer getting in and out. Excellent rep behind the desk got me setup and moved in in no time at all. Have had at least 6 storage units over past ten years and this has been the easiest of experienced move ins!!!

I have stored a work trailer here for a couple of years. The place is clean and secure. The after hours business access and automatic billing makes it very convenient for me. The manager even brought me out a bottle of cold water the other day. Overall it is a very good storage facility.

So far Ive been really impressed with Cactus Self Storage. They are extremely clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Although we didnt opt for one of the climate controlled units, it is nice to know that they could handle storage for goods that may be temperature sensitive.

Moved in back in June and I already really like the place. The units and property are VERY clean and secure. The Rates for a 10x10 cooled unit are the lowest Ive been able to find. Wanda and Sherrill in the office are extreamly friendly and helpful.

Cactus Self Storage has been great. I felt our stuff was very safe and guarded. When we were moving out. The manager came by in his golf cart 2 or 3 times and gave me a bottle of water because of the heat. GREAT SERVICE!!!

Let you book online for units they dont have available then try to bait and switch you into something different. Sent an email rather than calling to let us know they didnt have what we needed and had booked.

Awesome veteran discounts. Very friendly got set up super fast and they have an option to add insurance just incase. All units are alarmed until you enter your gate code which puts me at ease!
