Water Lover

Weve used lots of storage facilities in both Arizona and Washington at various times over the past 30 years. This is the only US Storage Center facility that weve ever used, but cant say enough good things about this place. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful -- if youve ever used a storage company, you know that customer service is usually non-existent, so its really a nice and refreshing change to find this place. Also, the grounds are kept perfectly clean, and I feel that my belongings are secure. Weve had units broken into 3 different times over the years -- I dont fear that happening here. Yolanda and Arman were the managers when we moved in -- fantastic! Now, have just met the new manager, Jim -- and he has been wonderfully helpful! (Especially nice, because we needed his help today (at the last minute leading into a long holiday weekend) -- Thank you, Jim!

I havent needed to rent a storage unit for almost 20 years and was pretty stressed out when the time came 3 months ago for me to find the right place to store everything I own. I checked out other places and opted not to store with them for various reasons. Then I was referred to US STORAGE on 43rd Ave. and went to check them out. I was immediately satisfied with the facility and the customer service. I am so happy I rented from them. Because of Sucely, every step of the way has been effortless and way above par. Sucely is completely on top of her game and so efficient and polite and professional. All of which are highly important to me. Everything about renting a storage unit from US STORAGE has been a positive experience and I would absolutely recommend this facility for your storage needs.

I am writing this review because a few weeks ago I had a bad experience, I called back to speak with their corporate office and left a message with customer service. I received a callback today from Dan, to my surprise he is really the first person who made me feel like I mattered and that was not a bad customer. Since recent management changes I was not happy. Dan took the time to listen and acknowledged and apologized for the bad experience I had a few weeks ago.Thank you Dan for taking the time to listen and work with me, I started a new job and I was struggling getting back on my feet. Your kindness and willingness to work with me has taken so much stress off me and made a huge difference. Your kindness and consideration matters!!!

*We have been storing our inventory for our business for many years and we MUST tell everyone that US Storage Centers has been, By Far, the most reliable, friendly, kind, helpful and Professional team of people we have ever encountered at a storage facility. We really want to Thank Yolanda Gomez for making our stay at the 9304 N. 43rd Ave Glendale location the most satisfying. There is NO "funny business" going on there like other places we have been before. Went to check the place out today and the lady that helped us out, Serina was great! She answered all our questions and gave us a tour around the place and explained everything very clearly and even went out of her way to assist us with concerns and details. She made it feel like I can trust the place with my belongings and had great vibes just talking to her about it. Best place I been so far after checking out multiple locations. At first i was very hesitant about the place but after going and talking to Serina i felt so much more comfortable and actually wanted to rent from US Storage. Highly recommended and amazing workers.

I checked in today with what I would call last minute reservations and was accommodated very well! Sofia was awesome to me and helped me thru every step of the signup process which went VERY smooth. She too great care to drive me out in the sporty golf-cart so I could inspect the unit I was renting BEFORE I even committed to the idea. She answered ALL of my questions VERY well. I actually thought she was the manager there. Shortly after I got there, about 4 people all showed up at the same time... normally this would cause massive issues, but she took care of ALL of us like a PRO!!!! I cant thank you enough, Sofia! :-)))))))

Customer Service is still Alive and well US Storage Centers. I find it rare these days to find a business that treats its customers with respect and is patient with questions about the service/product. I was referred the US Storage by a friend who had the same great experience I did. Sofia and Lucas are great at their job, they found me the perfect unit and even had a truck I could use to move my stuff (at no additional charge!!!) Even if I lived 25 miles away from this location I would still store my things here. A++++++++ Company!!! Need a safe well maintained place to store some stuff? Call them today!! Jason Stone

I was in the other day to get another larger unit and the gentleman working the office was very helpful and friendly. he knew I was in a hurry and did his best to get me in and out very fast. Thank you for that. And if the manager of this place reads these reviews he deserves a raise because the day before he was trying to take a lunch break but saw me drive up and quickly opened the door for me and a few minutes after that 3 more customers came in and he took care of them as well and most likely never took a lunch break. My unit was broken into and the management can care less. When brought up I was rudely rushed off the phone with no solution?! Why am I paying extra for your security when it doesnt work?! Your gate was wide open not working the other day, the week before that your cameras were down! Horrible. Still no answer for my stolen goods. Do not store your belongings here as they are not secure. Im turning to law enforcement as the management is useless.

They are great when your moving in to get your $ but treat existing customers like crap. Im an artist Gabe told me I could airbrush in my unit at night. Then he told me I couldnt be in after 9 even though theres like 5 people staying in there units. Whatever I said ok. Next week notice there choosing not to renew my lease Reason - being on premises after 9pm. And then they shut off my gate code before my month was even up.

I needed a storage solution quick. I checked out my neighborhood storage locations via their websites, and this location had the best price and a helpful move in special. It was pretty easy to use the website, and Jim called me back promptly. I told him my situation and he took good care of me. I am thankful and blessed for the experience. I would definitely do it again, as well recommend this location to others I know.

The manager Sophia and her awesome coworker Sucely, they rock!! Clean, professional people!! However, security personnel suck. The guy in silver bmw!!, is not professional!! Hes compensating for areas lacking - & is a jerk, he is not a security presence more like a whiny newborn!!! Possibly profiling people unfairly...not good with people skills.. But management and ops are awesome!!!
