Ive had my storage hear for almost three years now and my rates have gone up...up...and UP!!! Ive referred people and received a whopping $20.00 of my next months rent. I found out if you are unfortunately locked in because the gates close PROMPTLY at 10 pm...you will not be able to get out until you call the emergency number posted speak with the as bowering service give them your over the phone verbal consent to being charged $50.00 to the following months rent on your unit. Oh and I must not forget dont be late...if you are...theres a $26.00 dollar late fee added on the 6th of the month...then there is another $20.00 added when the office sends you a letter reminding you about your being late via USPS. Along with the daily as ccural of late charges until you pay. And NO THERE IS NO PARTIAL PAYMENT OR SPLITTING THE PAYMENT. The phone and the website will not allow my different amounts other then the NB n JK uciíucu bc TOTAL AMOUNT. Ok yeah I may have not always paid on time...but Ive paid late fees and all but as a paying customer youd be better off going to another storage place. Youll definitely get a better monthly price and way better customer service.

Is a great guy very helpful very lenient and willing to work with you USA storage facilities is very lucky to have Jose as an employee I had outstanding late fees had to change door lock twice and several times I had also improperly placed my lock on he made sure that my things were locked up and secure hes very nice very kind if you ever have to store anything you should definitely go to Jose at USA Storage Ive never ever worked with someone with such a great personality and the willingness to be there for each and every customer he takes pride in his job and Im very grateful to have gone to USA Storage if I ever need to store anything that would be the only place Id ever go he works very hard hes very great guy determined to make your experience at USA Storage a great one I must say thank you Jose for everything that you have done for me I would have lost all my belongings if I went anywhere else

My co worker rented a unit here. I was sent by my boss to drop off some equipment to the storage. Jose gave me a tour and showed me around. I was convinced and decided to rent a unit here. I already have a unit somewhere else but I was not treated like a human at the other place. I feels safe and secured renting here. I also like the accessibility and Joses personality. I will recommend my friends and co workers to come rent here.

Thumbs up to Mr. Jose for providing wonderful service. The devotion he displayed while helping my parents find a site for their belongings should be an embodiment of what true customer service should be. Thanks once again for your time sir!!! I have rented storage rooms (small and large) from many places throughout my years, and I have visited US Storage Centers on Indian School, the people that I have met and spoken to are nice/courteous people, and the facilities are very clean and the easy access right off the freeway is great. The prices are reasonable as well. You cant go wrong with a rental storage room from US Storage Centers.

Wonderful polite service and very clean. Skip ahead one year I found myself in need of a place to store my things and the same gentleman by the name of Jose is still employed at this location and he is very professional, polite and understanding. This was my 1st time ever renting a storage unit. I had no idea what to expect. Jose in the office was awesome! Even though I walked in the door 5 mins b4 closing, he took his time and explained everything to me and never made me feel rushed. Keep up the awesome customer service. I will definitely recommend this place to others. Its affordable and the storages are spacious.

Best customer service ever!!!!!!! I love the service I received today they went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect unit for my one-bedroom apartment they also gave me helpful tips on how to pack my unit. Jose and his staff were awesome. Their units are clean and also prices are reasonable. I will definitely recommend renting a storage unit from this place.

Never had to use a storage before, so I was a little iffy about renting one out. I went to three different places, and all of them where pretty unreasonable with the price they wanted for the amount of stuff I had. Then I came here and Jose Carrasco helped me out and gave me a good deal that fit my budget. I would definately come back again if ever needed again.

Im so glad I found this storage facility. The staff, Lucas, was very helpful and friendly. He saw I had difficulty walking (hurt knee) & drove me in a golf cart to the storage room and explained clearly how things worked. It wasnt as stressful as I thought it would be to pick a storage facility. In fact, Lucas made it easy. Thanks Lucas!

I needed to store my property really quickly in a safe and convenient location and Jose Carrasco offered the right size at the right price. He was helpful and professional at all times.
