With regard to the Colvin review..... Mr. Colvin, your wife passed on Saturday May 10th. Holly met with you on May 12th the following Monday. The cremation was held up by the supervising physician which was finally signed by the doctor on Thursday May 22nd (a full 12 days after passing). Then the County and the Medical Examiner needs to sign off. This took an additional two working days. The cremation was performed on Tuesday (the absolute soonest moment) after the proper authorities have completed their paperwork. On 5/28 the cremated remains were processed. We delivered to our Kingman facility the next day and delivered to you on the 30th. With a cremation, it is very very important to make sure the authorities sign off. There is no going back from a cremation as there is with a burial. As for the obituary, I called the paper this morning. They informed me that their deadline for Sunday publication is Friday at 5pm. We have an email timestamp that shows we emailed before the deadline on Friday at 2:30. It was the exact email that you sent the funeral home after you made the corrections. If you need any further documentation or explanation, feel free to contact us. Also, Karen will be in touch to follow up with any further concerns.

Called late at night about a deceased pet. Lady I spoke to was polite and helpful. Rudy was the driveright that came to our house. He was also polite and friendly. Obviously had to pay for the late night fee but it was a long time pet and received grade A service, so it was worth it. Great job. Lots of recommendations from Facebook. Thank you for your help.

They took 20 days to cremate my wife ! They said they would call me in a week to discuss things I need to do, they never did call. They made mistakes in the Obituary. They missed the promised day to publish the obituary.
