Your Services are AMAZING. You are so personable, respectful, and perfect. You couldnt have done a better job with everything from helping us get started in the prior arranging to and still after our dear mothers death. You have gave so much to us and our family by taking care of everything. It is so important to have everything thought of in this sorrowful time. We would and do recommend you to everyone that we can. It has been a little over a year since I lost my sister in law to cancer. As I think about her often, Jay R crossed my mind. He is professional, compassionate and took care of everything in a time we needed his services. Suffering a loss is difficult in many ways but Jay R is very talented and he knows this business. He is still showing my family compassion and sincerity over a year later and we appreciate that. If you find yourself in need of funeral services, I highly recommend him.

Losing my Grandma was one of the hardest things Ive ever dealt with. I know I speak for my entire family when I say that Jay R did a remarkable job taking care of the services for her. His tender, loving care for everyone involved was amazing. He made sure everything was taken care of so that no one had to worry about anything. He has a kind soul and definitely brings peace and comfort to those around him. I also wouldnt use anyone else.

Ive been to many funerals and have never seen the kind of service rendered like that of Didericksen Memorial. Jay is so considerate and mindful of the families he works with. Hes a gentle and kind person, able to bring a lot of comfort and peace during a difficult time. I love the little touches they add that are meaningful for the families, like the memory book. I wouldnt use anyone else.

Funeral are always hard enough on families bit after meeting with Jay R the funeral director he put us at ease with the helping thru the funeral process. Very fair, upfront and very sincere.
