The funeral home and chapel were nice. However, I would NEVER order flowers through their direct delivery service advertised on their website. I was charged $9 for a service fee, which was unexpected, since they say free delivery. I ordered a $100 yellow and white spray piece and got a tiny pink and orange vase of flowers. I had to SEARCH the flower arrangements to find the one I ordered because not only the arrangement was wrong, the size was TOTALLY ridiculous for the money we paid! I thought it hadnt been delivered. Total disappointment and no way to complain to the florist because I dont know who did them. If there was anyway to include photos here, I would,...just to prove my point.
