I have gone to this nail salon for a couple of years now, I have had good and bad experiences. One time I had a male technician who was soaking off my nails and he wanted to try to take the nails off too soon. I told him my nails had not soaked long enough in the solution, he refused to listen, he kept hurting me and I told him to let my nails soak longer he kept telling me no it was ok until he pulled my real nail away from the nail bed and made me bleed. It hurt so bad and he finally let my nails soak longer when he saw the blood. Despite that I have gone back from time to time for pedicures. My daughter wanted to treat me to a pedicure and lunch for Mothers Day so I called ahead the day before and scheduled 2 pedicures for Sunday at 9:30a.m. My daughter and I arrived at 9:30 on Mothers day and the shop was closed. A male technician was walking in, I explained we had 2 appointments at 9:30am he said the shop does not open till 10:00 and then laughed and went inside. Horrible, horrible shop.

I have been going to Amazing Nails for almost 5 years now! I cannot imagine seeing anyone else for my Spa needs. Ryan is the greatest at pedicures...my mother loves him! Sometimes we argue who gets to go first. Amy does my nails and waxing, I wouldnt go to anyone else, thats how great she is. I have introduced most of my family to this place and some days its a family reunion! All the staff is equally awesome, they work very hard to give you your desired look or design. While they take walkins, it is always best to call ahead because they can get pretty busy. I highly recommend this place to all my friends, family and Co workers. .. heck I even tell complete strangers, that compliment my nails or brows, all about Amazing Nails! You tell Amy... Yvette sent you! You wont be sorry.

SO the lady who works here, her table is in the very front left side of the store--dont know her name--she had the worst attitude with me today. She would not do what I wanted. When it came to shaping my nails and the length she just kept giving me grief. She told me it would cost 8 dollars extra to buff my nails before she painted them -___-. Isnt that what youre SUPPOSED to do before painting? And its not like I had a complicated request. I went in to get ONE nail fixed (that had broken), and I asked her to cut them down and shape them. Thats it. Also I only get clear nail polish. Seems pretty simple to me. It just seemed like she was trying to rush and do the bare minimum with me. At one point she even tried to pass me off to someone else in the shop.

Partner & I both got ingrown toenails after pedicure. The people were really nice and they do indeed give a brief hot stone massage. However, cutting the nails improperly gave me a toe infection the very next day, which has never happened before. If it were just one of us, no big deal. For both of us to get infections indicates that they probably need to retrain their staff. Its a pity, because otherwise our experience was great and I would have loved to go back. The review mentioning ventilation is also correct. The shop has an intense chemical smell that is barely tolerable. Needs ventilation badly.

same owners as "nails of the world" across the street. They built this new nail salon so everything is top of the line and feel extremely lux. amazing nail tech, amy, does the best (long lasting)acrylics i have ever had. i live in queen creek and i drive there just because everyone else pales in comparison to amys work. whenever i get a design with my pedi it never chips. ive been going to these people for 3 years and never had the same design twice. very sanitary and reasonable is price. has a 52 inch plasmascreen t.v. that you can watch while you relax. (also a benefit for the men who come along)

The BEST nail salon Ive ever been to! I will literally only go here now! Ive never been loyal to a nail salon because theres always one on ever corner and pretty much everyone in the past was mediocre so what was the difference? Amazing Nails is THE DIFFERENCE! I now drive about 15 miles just to get to their nail salon. Nails last SO much longer and NEVER lift and nail designs on my toes look brand new even after 2 weeks. Theyre so good I even brought my entire bridal party there before my wedding and they all agree with me! Worth every mile and every penny!

The customer service here was HORRIBLE! One of my nails popped off the very next day after I got them done, the nail technician was on her phone the entire time she was helping my friend, and then when I tried to talk to her manager, she came right up to us and started yelling right at me! I will NEVER come here again. Getting your nails done is supposed to be fun and pampering, this place was frustrating and stressful.

I have been coming to Amazing Nails and Spa for 2 years. I really enjoy the service here. Ny is a very sweet and experience technician, she did an awesome job on my pink and white. I brought my friends to do nails here and they all were very satisfied the service here. I am strongly recommend Amazing Nails Spa to whom wants to get a good nails job done with a compatible price to others nails spa.

I have been coming to Amazing Nails since they opened and love their service! I go to Amy for my nails, but the other techs that have helped me in the past are great too! Everyone is really nice and they do a great job whether you are getting your nails, toes, or waxing done. Plus the shop is new and is always clean! I recommend stopping by and trying them out!

This nail spa is fantastic! The regular pedicure is not only your basic spa pedicure but it includes a hot towel and hot rock treatment as well for $20!!! The staff is friendly and they really take the time to do a great job. The last pedicure I got here took 45 minutes from start to finish. I highly recommend this place.

Ive been to many nails salons but this one is the best! Amy is the best at acrylic nails I wouldnt let anyone else do them! The whole staff is very professional and friendly. Ive been coming for the last 3years and its the same great service every time !

This isnt your ordinary nail salon... people remember your name, your favorite colors and preferences. Its how i spoil myself to getting an occasional mani pedi and when I do my money will be spent on these guys! Everyone here treats you like family.

It seriously needs ventilation!! Felt light headed from sitting inside. Ins general the staff was good, but the nail lady could use a gentler touch.

Quick and professional! Fun atmosphere. Either they changed their name or the same people work at award nail.... Same location...
