After our 25 year old spa died this last month we were in the market for a new one. We spent quite a bit of time going to all the local spa dealers and looking at each different brand. After stepping into Southwest Spas and meeting Melinda our search was clearly over. Having seen the rest and talked to a handful of different sales people we were delighted in the time and patience that Melinda and Southwest showed us. I had done some of my own reach on the D1 Spas and so had an idea that they were good, but had no idea just how good. I was immediately impressed with the build quality and the sunning looks of the bay series. Speaking of the bay series, WOW!!! I kept looking at the Amore Bay, I could look away. It was above what we had wanted to pay when we were first looking, but the spa is just so much more than a square box that you get everywhere else. It has style, it has character, and best of all it looks great in my backyard!!! Melinda worked with us and we arrived at a deal with no stressful nights of wondering if we were making a good choice. This spa is AMAZING!!! Truly AMAZING!! You wont be sorry if you can stretch your budget just a bit and grab this one. The delivery and install were amazing and again it speaks to high quality of the team at Southwest Spas! Do not shop anywhere else!! (An added bonus for me was that have been around forever here in the valley and you know they will be there for you in the long run).

BEST HOT TUB PLACE IN ARIZONA !!! This is the second time I bought a wonderful Spa from Southwest Spas and again they exceeded my expectations. They sell THE BEST Quality spas, period. The last Dimension One spa they sold me was working perfectly after 14 years and I sold that home with the Spa still working great !! In my next home I bought another top quality Dimension One space from Southwest Spas in Mesa, Arizona. Super helpful finding just the right spa for me and my budget. Melinda, the owner is always there to help with questions and advice - and she really know Hot Tubs !! The install guys were great and got the whole thing off the truck, filled up & running in just 1 hour. This was a GREAT experience with the best Spa place Ive ever dealt with. Dont go anywhere else, these people at Southwest Spas are the ones that you want for spas, a Super selection of Spa parts and service, and friendly advice. I demand great customer service and quality and thats why I really have to write this review for Southwest Spas.

My wonderful 15 year old spa died last December and I shopped all over the place to find a replacement. I was VERY happy with the service. I went to the showroom three times to make sure the Dimension One Meridian was the spa for me. Melinda helped me measure the jets on different spas so I could find the one that fit me very particular needs exactly. Ive had the spa now for almost a year and use it almost every day. Im happy with the quality of the spa and the features are excellent. The research, purchase, delivery, setup and electrical work was all performed with the highest level of professionalism. Ive recommended friends and family to Southwest Spas multiple times. The products and service are excellent.

I absolutely LOVE my Cove. The Spa is comfortable and great looking. It fits my small patio area perfectly. I have been using it every day! I alternate using the different seats because they are all great. I used to have a built in spa in the yard at my previous home, and although it was beautiful, it did not compare to my Cove! The jets are powerful but comfortable and it is surprisingly quiet. You never feel any part of the jet, only the soothing water. Needless to say, my house is a very popular destination for my friends! I cant thank you enough for suggesting I get the Cove; it is the perfect choice.

Last year I did a great deal of research on line & local retailers. Talking to Melinda of this family business had so much knowledge no other business covered. I knew all my costs and the upkeep costs up front. Eased my mind of possibly of in the future relocating and it is not as costly as I had been previously told by other companies. She was able to work with our financial needs and helped us afford a great used Aqua Fit Sport Spa. Excited for delivery next week. I highly recommend checking them out if your looking for quality at a reasonable price it is worth a inquiry.

We bought our Dimension One Spa, the Aurora II model, 15 years ago from Melinda at Southwest Spas. We have enjoyed relaxing it in and havent had any problems with it. We went there today to have the gasket in the motor replaced for the first time. The service dept was very helpful. Im sure this will last another 15 years. It was nice to see that Melinda is still there and learn she is opening another store in Gilbert. I would highly recommend Southwest Spas for anyone looking for a great value and excellent service.

I had a problem with a spa cover purchased in 2013. Due to heavy rains, it was caving in and leaking. Bobby Dalacas who handles the servicing for Southwest Spas (his company is actually Pricebusters Pool & Spa but hes in the same location) was over the top helpful. He came to my house, picked up the cover, brought it back and repaired it and then re-delivered. This was really way beyond the call of duty. I was really happy with this amazing service and I highly recommend both Bobby and Southwest Spas.

Excellent interaction with Tyler the general manager. Called me right away after I left message with Southwest spas in the early morning. He was very knowledgeable and professional of the spas there, he convinced me to come on by that same day and check out some of the Dimension One Spas! He suggested the Wayfarer @home model would be just right for me and my wife. Drove home and me my spose made the decision to make the purchase that afternoon. What a great price and a awesome spa!

I bought my spa at Southwest Spas 8 years ago. The staff of SW Spas is great. They have given us the best service and support I could imagine. Buying a spa was the best investment I have ever made. My husband and I purchased a Dimension One Dupree Bay spa a couple of months ago. We use it every day and we love it! The hydrotherapy is so relaxing and we both feel so much better! We really like the adjustable head rests and the positioning of the 44 jets is perfect. Melinda is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Southwest Spas and Dimension One Spas. They are the best!

I bought D1 spa from Southwest Spas in Mesa Arizona. I have owned it for 13 years and have had no service issues. Southwest Spas has given great service for all of our spa needs. We thoroughly love our water cleaning and sanitation system. The spa is very low maintenance and a big family favorite. Thank you for the great customer service and product.
