When we searched for childcare several months ago, I was given a tour of this facility even though they were full and not accepting any new kids. I was very impressed with what I saw: small groups, planned activities including arts & crafts, music/dancing, and even little science experiments. The kids I saw that day were all having a great time, and I was disappointed that my daughter could not join them. I ended up putting her into another preschool, this one with many more kids and much larger groups. I wont delve into the problems we had there since this is not a review of that facility. Suffice to say she was very unhappy there, and would cry inconsolably each night when she knew she had to go to school the next day. We came to a breaking point and started looking for another school. We thought to check this place out again and lo and behold there was a space available for her. Shes been attending for a few weeks now, and although she still has separation anxiety in the morning, when we come to pick her up in the afternoons she is always happy and excited to tell me about all the fun things she did throughout the day. There have been several times where I have arrived to find her in the midst of some fun activity and thought, maybe next time I should pick her up a little bit later! You can tell the staff really cares about the kids, and my daughter really likes them and feels comfortable with them in return. If you need childcare and there is a space here, take it!

I have been in childcare for four and a half years and this is by far the worse facility I have ever worked in. The owner needs better management who treats all the staff equally and cares about the children more. When asked for a raise I was told I DIDNT DESERVE ONE by Abby. I have worked here for 8 months and didnt get a single team meeting. I guess because the front was to busy on FACEBOOK and not doing there job. I was a school age teacher and also a four year old teacher mind you there is no school age program in this facility. They made us do work they should have been doing Laundry, cleaning walls etc. When the owner comes they let everyone know so things can get fixed. For the ones who didnt speak or wont dont worry I will for you. Everyone there is over worked in under paid. Abby took five dollars off of every parents bill if they wrote a nice comment. Well a few comments down is right this building needs better not lazy management who actually does their job. also treat all staff fair with out favoritism.

I would recommend Bright Ideas on Broadway to anyone looking for a safe, loving, educational environment for their child. I have two children that attend Bright Ideas. 1 is in the infants room and the other in the 2s. My two year old absolutely loves the daycare and all of the staff. I am so comfortable knowing that when I drop my children off that they are going to be loved and taken care of. If there has ever been an issue or concern that I have had, Abby and Melissa have always been willing to talk with my husband and I about any questions that we have and have helped us in more ways than I could ever thank them. All of the staff at bright ideas love working with kids and you can tell that every staff member enjoys their job. The staff always lets me know if there was every an accident involving my child and I love that they incorporate water days in the hot summer months. I appreciate all that Bright Ideas has done and continues to do for my family.

Bright Ideas was recommended to me by a co-worker. Im right down the road at University of Phoenix so the location is perfect. My daughter started attending two years ago. She was new to daycare, my mother had watched her previously. I was so incredibly nervous and scared but everyone was understanding and patient as a got acquainted with everything. My son started attending when he was 5 months and has been there almost a year now. Both of my kids love the teachers. I do too! Theyre kind, caring, funny, understanding, patient... worth every penny and more!! I truly trust them with my little ones and consider them extended family. They are dedicated to the kids, even outside of the daycare. Theyve shown up for birthday parties, babysitting, etc. The directors always greet us with a smile and love to chat. Theyre always there to answer questions or concerns. Okay, Im done rambling. This place is perfect for us!

My almost 4 year old son has been going to Bright Ideas since he was 8 months old. My 7 month old daughter started with them this past March. So this alone says a lot about how much we love Bright Ideas. The teachers are the soul of this school. They are awesome! They are all very open and we can talk to them anytime if we have questions and/or concerns. The teachers in the infant room all seem to truly care about the well being and growth of my baby girl. Spending time with her, giving her tummy time, sitting time and all around love. I can check in on an app on my phone to see when she was fed/diaper change etc. Bright Ideas is truly a "home-away-from-home" for my kids. With them, we feel like we are family. You can see how much they care and love the kids. The teachers and Managers are just that to us- like a family.

Bright ideas is more than day care for me. My son has attended since he was 7 months old. He has moved through the rooms and hes loved every step of the way. As a single mom, I rely on them to do my heavy lifting since I work hard to support him. They are the backbone at times. The staff is courteous, supportive and friendly. They really make you feel like family. The events and family bbqs are always great. Ive recommended some freinds to them and their children have enrolled, so he has freinds in and out of school. Nothing makes him happier. I would recommend Bright Ideas to anyone. They are such an awesome school, I truly believe leaving him in till school age had given him a leg up in the right direction.:)

I absolutely LOVE this place and most importantly so does my son! At his last daycare he cried every single day that I dropped him off. Now, when I drop him off he doesnt cry at all because he likes the place and knows that he is in good hands. Jonathan has learned so much at Bright Ideas. Both of his teachers Sabrina & Christiana show him love and the attention he needs. It is hard to find a good daycare! I am so thankful for the staff at Bright Ideas on Broadway/40th St. for providing my son with the care that he deserves and especially for giving me piece of mind that my son is being taken care of and I dont have to worry about while I am at work.

This childcare does not seem to care about the children AT ALL. I cant even count the number of times I have dropped my child off into their main room with 10 or more children of all ages and only one teacher. I cannot count the number of times Ive picked my child up from here to see him trapped in a high chair, not being fed, and being told by the teacher that "he wouldnt sit still and watch tv with all the other kids". Tv is definitely their main focus. My child is never sent home with art work, they dont seem to be learning ANYTHING, and was bit countless times in the span of one week anywhere from his face to his feet.
