Don’t offer drop-in if you don’t truly provide this option. Full non-refundable registration fee for drop-in, but four months after we enrolled our child, they have no availability for the foreseeable future. It would be appropriate to contact your clients who utilize drop-in care when this information becomes available, rather then wait until they need childcare and it isn’t available. It is common courtesy. In the contract it states Bright Horizon requires a 30-day notice if a child will be withdrawn. Don’t your clients deserve equal notification? As it is, we are left without childcare. Also, recently my child vomited while he was lying on his back and when I picked him up that afternoon he had dried vomit behind his ear and on the entire back of his onesie. I ALWAYS provide a full change of clothes for my child. In what universe is it acceptable to leave a child in their own vomit so long it dries? Be aware, you will also be charged for food, even if you provide all your meals for your child. You cannot opt out, even if your child has special dietary needs. I will NOT recommend this daycare to anyone.

I cant say much about the facility. Why? Because after scheduling a tour and driving an hour to see the place, they tell me as we walked in, that his age group is full and they wont be taking on any more children until NEXT YEAR. Unprofessional and lacking common courtesy to keep this information from a potential "client". I will be looking elsewhere or asking FAR more questions since they seem to lack in the area of answering those questions that shouldnt have to be answered by wasting a good part of a day driving.

My son attended from the age of 1 until he entered kindergarten, and we have nothing but praise for Bright Horizons. It is a bit more expensive than other choices, but its worth every penny.
