CPG (Central Phoenix Gym) opened up in late November. The new management has fresh, more tangible ways for customers to see results than previous ownership ever had. There are newly priced gym packages suited to everyones needs, new colors, new attitudes and of course experienced and certified trainers who weathered the transition of change and knew that this was the place to stay and train their clients.Distinctively different from former management, the new owners are honest, hard working individuals who have been in the business for almost 20 years. Great location on 7th Street just south of Camelback. Tucked into the prestigious, safe and affluent St. Francis neighborhood, the building and facilities are just over 14,000 square feet, with exclusive use for a wellness center business only. Feel safe in their secured, panhandler free parking lot. The Gym also offers outdoor spaces for personal training. It is adjacent to the Grand Canal for running trails, and there is a plethora of healthy eating establishments a short walk away on Camelback Road and on 7th Street for after workout fuel. The business also offers a sportswear TUC shop with lots of goody wear. On site there is also Ortho Chiropractic, with Dr. Andy Sbiliris. He is Phoenixs friendliest Chiropractor. A long time favorite of current and previous private gym owners and their families across the city. CPG also offers a complimentary 7 day trial package for anyone interested. Have been teaching at CPG since their opening day. Was totally impressed at how much a pop of color [orange] could alter the vibe of this historic building. Ample space to work out and LOVE the space for yoga. Their tanning beds are great quality too, gonna have to tone up before PRIDE! Feels great to support a gay operated business in the heart of Central Phoenix. Check out all this place has to offer, you wont be disappointed.

The previous owner was evicted by the landlord and the new tenants are implying the gym is still run by the same owner. Do not be tricked into signing back up. They are not the same owners. If they are falsely advertising who runs the gym then chances are they are lying about plenty of other stuff too.

Great gym! There is most any kind of weights and machines you want! And, level 1 UV or Red Light is included! Plus there have a great mens store inside! A++++++ place to get pumped, tan and grab a new swimsuit or undies!!
