I like that its open 24 hours a day, im a student and work a full time job during the day so its really convinient for me to be a member of a gym where i can go and get my workout without having to worry that itll close on me. The staff are always friendly and acknowledged me whenever i go. I see absolutely nothing wrong with the kind of service they provide. However the only thing that kept me from rating it a 5 star was their updated policy about having your guest being older than 16 to go workout. I believe the age requirement used to be 13 or older if im not mistaken. I always used to take my brother (he is 15) as my workout partner and last time i was there he wasnt able to go workout with me so i just had to leave. Now im seriously considering cancelling my membership and looking for another place that will allow him to go in with me. I wish it werent like that, planet fitness was definitely worth it and not too mention that it was really convinient being able to workout at other locations too. If they only changed the policy it would great and i wouldnt have to worry about moving somewhere else.

I had a very bad expedience there; I owed money which was not notified about it until after already making my yearly payment for my husband and me, I had already been going there for 3 months, walk in and then get told I cant work out until I pay. I was livid! Why wasnt I told right away? Why couldnt I work out and then pay the next day? Why didnt I get a call or notice? The night shift had no idea how to defuse the situation and it got out of control with Tyler and myself yelling back and forth, unprofessional night crew who didn’t know how to handle the situation and made things worse. I later spoke with Andrew whom did everything in his ability to assist me in getting this issue resolved, but because he was scared of retaliation (not from my end) decided it would be best not to go to that center. I could honestly say he assisted me in getting me to a way better facility, way better staff, cleaner and it’s not a meat market at the facility I’m going to now. If they could only clone the staff to be more like Andrew I’m sure things would be better in that ghetto place.

Los felicito todo esta muy,hasta que aparecio una lagartona que llegab en una toyota gris placas de minnesota que solo se la pasaba con mi esposo todos los dias mientras estuve fuera por problemas familiares y yo se que es su culpa pero esas lagartonas deberian a prender que este lugar es para ejercitarse y no para andar de conquista de quita maridos.son de cinco estrellas ecepto las lagartonas que se la pasan coqueteando con todos

Horrible Customer service this one chick named Jasmine had told one of my guest they could not work out there because they were members years ago and owed a bill but yet I pay extra to bring my free guest and then when I asked if it was in the policy and to see the policy I was told and I quote " it would of been in the policy" I asked again is it or is it not in the policy and again my answer was " it would of been" so I was failed to be shown the policy as a paying customer sat there waiting to see the policy and guess what I still was shown no policy so thinking since I pay extra for my free guest which couldnt go but had rights to go in in with me and suposably because of the policy but yet when I asked to see the policy I was denied basically WOW....

great gym!! no judgment!! all body types and a dress code :) wont see booty shorts and bra tops here :) put in place so all body types feel welcomed. nice staff and VERY CLEAN! great equipment, great layout. love the 30 min workout section. massage chairs. hydro beds (water massage) tanning beds stand up and lay down. and red light therapy (Google it its amazing) if you go during slow times and take a class sometimes you get the trainer all to yourself. always can get w a trainer for free tips and workout routines. cant say enough about this gym. only reason I stopped going is cuz I moved too far west and there isnt one by me :( hopefully someday one will come to buckeye. Ill be first in line :)

Very upset with the fact that my year membership with them could have been cancelled in January and I was also not informed when my contract was up in March either. They just kept charging me every month without letting me know. I finally called in May, wondering if maybe my contract was until May not March and they said "no, your contract was up in March but could have been canceled as early as January". So they have been charging me every month since then. I also got charged an annual fee and could not have it refunded. I havent been to the gym in about 8 months due to moving up north. sweet! Thanks planet Fitness for being so helpful! Never referring a friend here!!!

Been to almost every location, in the valley. This was, by far, the worst of them all. There were 3 employees, at the front desk, just standing and talking. It took them almost 2 minutes to acknowledge me and check me in. When I asked to tan, they said, "Bed 7" and turned away from me. I had to then get his attention to let him know how long I wanted to tan. I get into the tanning room, go to power the bed on and it doesnt power on. I go back out, to the front desk and ask them to turn it on. The bed gets set, he turns around and says, "There". Not only are the employees rude, they are extremely unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love planet fitness it is awesome always clean, machines are well maintained, doesnt smell like sweat like most gyms the parking lot is very spacious but the best part of the gym is the employees their always nice and friendly one staff in particular Joseph always has a great attitude very helpful and professional ill stop by at the end of my workout and talk to him for a bit and he always gives me great workout tips and advice to keep motivated the guy deserves a raise/promotion ill be going to planet fitness for a long time coming I would highly recommend you go to this planet fitness in particular!

Apparently there is a 40 maintenance fee that is took on June 1st that I wasnt verbally made aware of. BRIANNA is the worst customer service representative I have came across. How do you not have your corporate number to give to unsatisfied customers. Then to hang up on some because the tell you that retarded for not having it and then to on about someone disrespect you. Learn how to deal with angry guest no one disrespected you. IF you have just emailed me the copy of my contact like I ask so i can go over it. Instead of catching a attitude and being rude you will get a lot farther with upset guest.
