The front desk is rarely informed as to the status of the gym facility. When asked if the spa has been repaired they are often non-plussed. When asked about a scheduled class or some such, they act as if it is annoying to be bothered with such a call. If this were just a church facility , that would be one thing, but the gym, the roller rink and the snack bar are open to the public.
