My experience with this gym is a very bad one. When my wife asked to freeze her account when she was pregnant, they said no problem and that there would be a reduced rate per month because of it. She never got the rate lowered, and even after going in/calling in three times over several months to ask them to fix it, she was charged the same amount each month. Each time they said the overpaid amount from before would pay the next frozen months, meaning there should have been no charge on the card for a few months. Well, its 6 months later and the problem still hasnt been fixed. Weve been charged full price this whole time and now the workers (new company management) there keep claiming there is nothing they can do to return the money or fix the situation. Its just frustrating how lazy and money hungry the management is. They dont seem to value integrity or retention of customers. If I were you looking into this gym Id just get a month to month here and pay in CASH, or just go to a different gym where they actually try to retain customers in an honest way. Oh, get this. When we cancelled on about October 5th, they said we may or may not have cancelled in time for the next month. Well sure enough October 29th comes around and you guessed it.... charged again. So yeah. Dont give these guys any plastic. If you do then they will just charge you every month even if you cancel.

Love this gym! Always enjoy classes and everyone is so nice. Great people and coaches are fantastic. I lost 39.8 pounds and want to keep it off, so, I go to the classes three days a week. Enjoy the eliptical and the treadmill but find I really like the boxing. I am no Rhonda Rousey, nor do I care to be. I like to punch the bags and kick them. Great way to get stress out and I feel better than ever. Thanks Jimmy, Ali, Shane, A.J. Tim, Russell, Randy, Brian, and the best gal ever , Brittany. And Thanks to all the great classmates who put up with me.

This is by far the worst UFC gym I have ever attended and a SHAME TO THE UFC NAME! Jimmy the manager is unreliable and cannot even process a simple transfer. It has been 4 months. I also tried to have him process a simple vacation hold. It has been 2 months and Im still getting charged full price every month, Also he is unreachable 99.9 % of the time. Dont waste your money here go literally ANYWHERE ELSE!

I second Thor and Davids review.... Been trying for weeks to get my sub cancelled. I get the run around, dont have rights to cancel excuse, leave message for a call back from manager...and crickets. If you have an issue with cancelling do what I am doing; go to your bank and put in a stop payment.. That will solve your problem WAY faster then putting up with UFCGlendales BS...

New management has made a HUGE difference here. The equipment and atmosphere seem better each time I come in. The coaching staff is attentive and invested in their clients. The staff here is adept at dealing with clients of all levels from kids, to beginners, to fighters looking to tune up.

Nice staff, great gym, and a good place to learn some skills, also i canceled and came back. With no issues at all and management did improve but the old management wasnt bad either. Disregard the haters below.

Great atmosphere! Ive been to 2 kickboxing classes and 1 DUT class and I am obsessed with their programs. The instructors as well as the other members are all so supportive and motivating. So glad i joined!
