Ive never felt so comfortable with a complete stranger as I did with Reese . On a random Tuesday we met outside a mall where she told me about herself and her profession as an up and coming hair stylist at MAS . She asked if I would be a model for a progressive class she was taking and I had agreed to take her up on her offer . when i arrived I was greeted by her and the staff and had a fresh cup of coffee while she prepaired . The salon features an awesome boutique of many items from makeup to jewlrey , even vegan pet products as well as a FULL COLLECTION of bumble and bumble products and honestly I could go on... We spoke about what cuts would work for my hair and face shape(being thin and over processed ). A very knolagable instructor gave hands on attention. He assessed every detail professionally and then stopped to give advice when needed . As someone who has worked in the industry and has seen these programs behind the scene I can really see the difference between this salons progressivness compaired those that others offer . enough about the program though. As a guest I felt pampered. Reese did a beautiful job on my hair , especially since it had been cut before in such a way that was sooo off . props to this woman for fixing others mistakes so well . I love that my hair finally looks like how ive wanted it to . 5 star service from Reese and her co professionals at MAS. Ill definately be back !!!

I would like to challenge you to think for a moment of the last time you had an incredible experience when having a service performed. I would dare to also challenge anyone to be able to truthfully state their last experience was something they want to share. However, I would like to highlight Mane Attractions Salon! Why? Simply put, because this Salon represents the Very Best Experience you could expect to have while having a very personal service performed. The Staff at Mane Attraction are (by far and away) the Best Trained I have encountered...and I have been in the industry for 27 years and worked in the very best Salon in Denver. Not only do the Stylists possess incredible expertise, but the Supportive Staff is professional and desirous to ensure a positive experience. I would like also like to thank the Owners of Mane Attraction for their focus on training as it is quite apparent it has paid great dividends. Please...whatever you do make an appointment...to experience something that has long since been forgotten...incredible service, courteous staff and highly trained Professional that will provide you with a very memorable experience. Special needs child asked to leave salon...Yes, that is what happened today at Mane Attraction. Our son, who has gotten his hair cut here before, was asked to leave the salon and finish his hair cut in the alleyway behind the building next to dumpsters, delivery trucks, garbage trucks and grease traps serving the shopping center this business is located in. Admittedly, our son does not do well with hair cuts, but for the OWNER of this business to make this demand is inexcusable. Our son, daughter and wife are all customers (ex-customers now) of this business and there are other ways to have handled this situation, especially having cut our sons hair previously, without causing the shame and humiliation the owner of this business caused our family. The owner, Kendall, should be ashamed of himself and his actions. The stylist who was cutting my sons hair was beyond embarrassed by the demand of her boss and apologized countless times. I would ask anyone who my have a family member, friend, or acquaintance with special needs to share this story and the actions of this business owner. Our son is a beautiful person both inside and out, but has his social and verbal challenges. However, there is no reason for anyone, especially a five year old, to be treated the way Kendall treated him. #autismawareness

On a whim and after reading about the nice reviews I decided to forgo my regular stylist and tried to mix things up. During the consultation I stated what I wanted, the stylist & Kendall (Owner/Top Stylist) agreed that the cut was right for my face shape, etc. The problem was extremely poor execution on the stylists part. In addition to it being a horribly executed cut I was amazed at how the entire staff was telling me how wonderful I looked. I looked terrible and was on the edge of tears as everyone could tell. I was pretty shocked otherwise I would have gone ballistic. You could plainly see an uneven cut. My hair looked like a cheap wig. I sucked it up and went back to my original stylist with my mess. I ended up having to do an even shorter cut to fix it all. The stylists at my original salon were shocked at the poor execution of this basic bob cut. Seriously this stylist and the owner belong at Super Cuts. I hope you all have better luck. P.S. I just wanted to mention that my stylist was not one of the ladies mentioned in any of these reviews, but a gentlemen.

I made an appointment and was very specific about what I wanted. I was quoted a price, and was assured that it would be that price. When I arrived for my appointment with Alyssa, the price was jacked up $180.00, and I was informed that the stylist hadnt blocked out enough time to do what I needed. The manager apologized, and her excuse was that the young man who answered the phone was new and untrained and shouldnt have quoted a price. I obviously have no control over who answers their phone, and I relied on the information he gave me. I wasted 4 hours of my time, as well as a 4 hour drive from prescott for this appointment that they failed to accommodate. Their smug attitude was also insulting, to rub salt in the wound. Be very careful if youre unfortunate enough to make a legitimate appointment with this outfit. They are extremely dishonest and customer unfriendly. They cost me a lot of time money. Nothing is worth being mistreated like this. Avoid the Mane Attraction if you can! There are lots of other better choices.

I have been a client at Mane Attraction for a couple of years. I can state categorically this is one of the best salons I have been to in many years. The staff is highly trained, courteous and client friendly, always wanting to provide the ultimate in client service. The stylists are among the best I have encountered, they are trained to levels one would expect from world class salons...that is because they are! I would genuinely encourage you to visit Mane Attraction, enjoy the services they offer, shower yourself...and your appearance with the best professionals a salon can offer. I commend the owners of Mane Attraction for training their staff and expecting a level of professionalism that exceeds all others. This salon is outstanding, it is refreshing to see a superior level of professionalism in an era of mediocrity. This is a world class salon and experience...great job Mane Attraction!

Every time I go to Mane Attraction, I feel as if I am a rich client that they cannot do enough for. From being greeted with a smile the moment I walk in the door, to being offered a beverage, all the way to being delighted that the staff have remembered my name...I feel special. And my haircut! Wow! I get stopped on the street by people to tell me how much they like it. Shannon has been consistently amazing when she styles my hair. Having said that, as I sit in the chair and watch the other stylists, they are all equally talented. And finally, I cannot say enough about the wonderful neck massage and head massage I receive while being shampooed. Dont tell Shannon but thats my favorite part! I not only recommend MAS here but I tell all my friends to indulge themselves.
