I havent even been inside and already am rating this. I called just to get information before setting an appointment. I use to have a mohawk which I am growing out for a professional look before getting a Correction Officers position. I have 4 inches grown out and I know to some that is enough hair to braid in cornrows and others it isnt. First they answered the phone like they were at home "Hello?" No stating the business which confused me. I asked if they did cornrows and answered yes. I asked the length of the hair needed to do this and all they said was "I do cornrows, I do good job for you." Well, that is great and all but didnt answer my question. I asked again and I got a jibberish answer. Tried another question just to get more jibberish so I hung up. I understand that this is their place, but if you arent providing info that makes sense, I cant trust you to do a good job.

I will never go back to this salon, I went there with a brand new Brazilian and closure, the owners sister did my hair,I told her that I dont want my hair too tied but she told me thats how she do her weave, the place is so load, they play tv very load and they talk and laugh at the same time while doing clients hair, when I left I had headache from hell. Then a month later I was ready to take of the wave then I was shocked to see. That I have to throw my hair away because she cut my Brazilian into pieces and she claimed she knew what she was doing, my closure is ruined it was placed in the wrong place, I dont think she knows how to work with weave but they are pretty amazing when it comes to braids. When I called to complain they hang up on me, bad service.the reason why Im rating them is because Im not happy

Overall I was very unimpressed by this salon. The ladies at this shop are very apathetic and tend to make you feel like an inconvenience to them. The "salon" area is very small and cramped and the hair supply section is even smaller. Also, the girl who cornrowed my hair was very rough while combing my hair and caused A TON of breakage which is the main reason I will not return or recommend to a friend.

I loooove this salon. I did boss braids yesterday and the ladies did a wonderful job and everybody was so nice and so friendly. I recommend everybody to them they are great. Monica and Sally and the other lady I forgot her name but they are all very sweet ladies who knows what they are doing. Great place to get ur hair done and buy hair products. You will not be disappointed!!!

Ridiculously expensive and not good quality work. I wish I read the reviews before coming here. Unfortunately theres not a lot of other options in the area. Im only giving two stars because the owner is nice - should really be one star. They also charge you for hair on top of the overpriced subpar braids. My $175 was a waste.

Will neeeeeever go here again. Had me waiting for hours (I had an appointment), kids running around everywhere, very expensive ($200) for some raggedy *** loose braids that fell out after a week later, and I dont know if they were cooking in there or something but the whole place smelled like fish.

Last time I got my hair braided, they ate chicken while doing my hair... and before that they had all of their kids running around along with it. Today, I went to go get my hair done and they didnt show up. I was waiting in front of the salon for hours. Never coming back.

Products good, but dont go if you want your hair done nicely. They were very expensive with very very poor quality. Also their braiding pulled my hair out.
