Made an appointment with Kate and tried to cancel 2 days before the appointment because of a medical emergency. I tried and tried to get through but couldnt. Then, about 1 one after my appointment was supposed to have taken place I get a text message asking why I didnt show up which is rude and insavaive in the first place. I then explained to Kate how I tried to cancel but couldnt get through, and all I got was a rude response. They lost my business for sure. Overpriced, hard to book/cancel, and apparently rude and invasive staff.

Tried to make an appointment for three weeks. I tried during business hours and left three voicemails... finally gave up and went to a responsive, reliable chain. Two weeks later received a call back. Awful customer service... must not need the business.

I called, left a voicemail, texted, and emailed several times during business hours and never heard back. It has been over two weeks now. I tried to call one last time and it said the mailbox was full. Very disappointed with the customer service.
