AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Hands down the best storage unit Ive ever dealt with! Units are secure, clean and climate controlled. Thomas was AMAZING. We were coming from Idaho to clean out our sons unit.(as he is out of the country) We had a few issues that could of caused us to have to stay two more days (losing work hours and costing us more in hotel cost) We found out two hours before arriving that my sons roommates lost his key. I also found out that the storage units hours were different then I had figured. Thomas assured us he would take care of us even if he had to stay late and he did. This was a very stressful situation for us trying to get a lock smith out in time and all. Thomas was so helpful and professional! he truly cared that we were taken care of. THANK YOU SO MUCH THOMAS. YOU DESERVE A RAISE!! I cant thank you enough for helping us thru a stressful situation. YOU ARE THE BEST!

Well I guess its been 3 years plus that Ive had storage at Smart Bargain, and I wouldnt trade them for anyone else. Happy to throw them a good review. Brittany is the coolest onsite mgr youll ever meet, and the place is clean and climate controlled and keypad entry and security cameras and loading dock and carts and freight elevator and they even give ya a disk-style lock when ya rent from them. And theyre CHEAPER than pretty much everyone else in the area. If ya need storage, renting from Smart Bargain is kinda a no-brainer, ya just do it. And if ya do, tell Brittany (or Thomas, the saturday guy) that PRIME sent ya. Cause they have a little referral program too.

I had a wonderful experience at Smart Bargain Storage. John was a rockstar and was extremely helpful and an amazing communicator. I left Smart Bargain Storage feeling very confident and satisfied with my transaction. He made me and my wife feel very comfortable and reassured that we made the right decision in choosing this storage company. We looked around for many places but the price here is very inexpensive and feels like you get the most "bang for your buck" when it comes to the price and the amount of storage area you receive. I would definitely recommend this company to others and the fantastic service that comes along with it.

Ive rented from Smart Bargain for 2 years, and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Its by far the best storage facility Ive used - and a lot cheaper than most, too. Im there a lot, and Ive come to know the place well. Its safe, clean, climate-controlled, great loading dock, carts available, unit variety from about 5x5 to about 25x25, reasonable access hours plus some external 24-hour units, and outstanding staff of Brittany (mgr, weekdays), Pia (Saturdays), and L.A. and Jennifer as floats. They also have a referral program for customers, so if you decide to rent there, tell them Vara sent you. Thats V-A-R-A!! :-)

Very Nice and Units were spotless, I was shopping around looking for a decent place to store some furniture for my father whos moving to a 55+ community. After dealing with places that looked ok online but much different in person I found this location shown to me by LA. She was attentive and listened to my needs and found a solution quickly. Will definitely recommend her only and this location to other families Im meeting at the senior centers in dealing with many things you just dont think at these trying times. Thanks again

Best experience weve had at a storage facility. Brittany was our point of contact and no matter the day or time she was always smiling and happy to help! Great customer service, clean and cool storage. We have moved quite a bit over the last year and have used a few storage locations, non of which even compare to Smart Bargain Storage. Should we ever need a storage facility, Smart Bargain is where we will be returning to!

I cant believe how helpful these facilities are! I was referred to this facility by another manager in Texas because Im traveling to Arizona to purchase some guitars that I needed to store inside where it was cool until I have time to ship them back home. Luckily I spoke with Brittany! She was able to get me into a small unit at a heck of a deal! I cant believe how little Im paying for this storage.

Ive been renting a space here for several months. Its always nice and cool inside so no need to worry about my belongings getting destroyed by the heat. Today I had a chance to meet the on-site mgr LA (like the city). I had a minor problem and she got on it right away and was as friendly as she could be.

I was looking at storing places for when I was away from school at ASU, and didnt know where to start. The guy I met on Saturday (Thomas I think?) did a great job of explaining the pricing and storage options, and Im no longer lost! Ill definitely be going to Smart bargain when Im away from school!

Unbelievably inexpensive. They are running various specials right now that will blow you away. I literally felt like I got away with robbery. This place is fantastic. Great customer service, air conditioned units, friendly atmosphere. It cant be beat.
