As a parent that had thier child attending this facility for almost 2 years, I would recommend that you look elsewhere. Both the Director (Caitlin) and Assistant Director (Jill) have really no concern for the children at the facility, nor do they show any interest in resolving issues as they arise. The facilities hours, close proximity to the hospital, and discounts are attractive to employees and make it almost a manditory choice; I have to say that the care is lacking. We had issues with an abusive child and the management refused to address the concern. We have had our child enrolled for almost 2 years and after another child became physically abusive to our son, they refused to separate/move him to another class. They also did not provide incident reports even after he was shoved to the ground and injured his head on BARE concrete. The director, Caitlin, is almost always not available. And, the Assistant, Jill, is constantly unknowing of whats going on and is basically unsympathetic. I can write a long review on what we experienced in our 2 years, but Ive decided that a report to the AZDHS will suffice. ALL of the teachers with college degrees for Early Childhood Development are gone. Turnover since Caitlin has taken over has become a norm, and current teachers are struggling to keep the 15-1 teacher ratio. If you dont believe me, look at their career page. They only have 7 classrooms and today they are hiring 5 teachers. I dont want to "blast" this company, but there are serious issues that they refuse to address. I would look elsewhere before enrolling your child in this care facility. If your just looking for a place to watch your child then Bright Horizons will work. But if you want your child to learn, be in a structured environment, and actually receive daily "Progress Reports", there are many other options in the area. Since moving my 4 year old over a week ago, I have noticed a drastic improvement in his attitude and eagerness to learn. His new facility has a Pre-K teacher with her Bachelors degree, 8-1 ratio, and has been teaching for many years. He actually has HOMEWORK! :-D. The cost is even less (by $40/wk) and its a better environment. There are other options and I would recommend any parent explorer those. If you do tour, ask LOTS of questions and many times. If your child is 2, the best teacher in the facility is Gail. Shes the only one that really cares and was awesome.

I recently visited Bright Horizons at the Scottsdale and 92nd st location. I have heard great things about the classroom teachers and was eager to tour as I am new to the area looking for a place for my 14 month old. While I was impressed with the classroom teachers and felt it was a positive environment, I had enough concern about the director and her lack of interest and attitude that I wont be joining. I feel the environment for the teachers is most likely not positive and communication with her if I had enrolled would be something I would not find easy. The director could not be bothered to get up out of her desk chair to come talk with me ( only 10 feet away) , instead she yelled back and forth across the room to myself and the teacher asking questions and confirming things with her. I was inquiring about facility safety questions and procedures, a topic I would think she would take seriously with a prospective parent. She seemed to appear bothered by the administration staff when they would ask questions and did not give much more effort in speaking with me. I know 3 other families who do currently have their children enrolled here, when expressing my feelings regarding this with them, it was mutual and they have experienced similar. If it had not been for my observations and experience with the director , we most likely would have enrolled here. I feel she taints the positive experience and the greatness that the teachers had to offer.

My son has been enrolled in the infant room since he was 2 months old. He is now 11 months old and I have nothing but positive things to say about the teachers and atmosphere of this center. Dropping him off in his classroom everyday and knowing that he is being loved and cared for is the best feeling in the world. The teachers truly care about the well-being of each and every child. They provide portfolios for each of the parents that document all of the milestones the child has met. They also provide parent teacher conferences which allows you to ask and questions you may have and get an idea of what your child is doing each day. One of my favorite things is the daily sheet I receive every day that tells me what my child did all day along with times. This gives me a great idea of what my child needs when we get home at the end of the day. The center is also a very safe environment. All of the doors are locked at all times and only individuals with codes are allowed to enter the building. Safety is a top priority to them and I couldt be more thankful for that.I cant wait for my child to learn and grow along with his friends and amazing teachers at Bright Horizons!!

My son has been with this center since he was one years old and is about to graduate Kindergarten here. We are so sad to leave for we have had such an AMAZING experience with care here. My son knows every teacher here and you can tell that they genuinely have a love for what they do. I have always had a god experience with his teachers, even when he hit his terrible twos/threes, and have always got feedback on how his day went and what they did. On the rare occasion that I did have a compliant the director is very understanding and addresses the situation quickly. They have locked doors and you need a specific code to get in which is great to know that your child is in a safe facility. This facility really cares for the families that they care for and I am so lucky to have my son grow up in such a positive environment. I cant wait to have my next child start here and have the same experience.

My kids and I love this school. They are always super clean and sanitary, the teachers are all very kind and loving to the children. The teachers/directors are also very kind and helpful to parents and notify of any important information WHEN IT HAPPENS. The director always seems to have a smile on her face which I believe keeps the moral and ora of the school positive! Ive never seen my kids run into a school so fast and excited. I recommend this school to anyone looking for care that would be rated A+. Great job to the leaders of this facility!

This school is dedicated to providing a safe learning environment for children. My son has been going to school at Bright Horizons since he was a newborn. I feel at ease and dont have to worry about him while I am at work. I know that he is getting the best care. It is like a family and I am so thankful that my little man has such a wonderful place he can go to to learn.
